She walked out onto the quiditch pitch, her long red scarf tied around her neck, keeping the warmth hidden. Snow decorated every inch of the field, the stark white contrasting with the house colors on the towers all around her. Why was she out here in the bloody middle of winter you may ask? She was waiting for Snape to show up. She looked at the note she had recieved from him the previous night.
Dear Lana,
We need to discuss about the kiss, the previous day. Meet me at the quiditch pitch at noon.
Sincerely
-SSShe sighed as she looked at the note. She knew what was coming, they always ended it with some excuse towards her, that it was " not you, but its me" and all that.
She was sooner drawn out of her thoughts by snow crunching and footsteps slowly approaching her. She tilted her end to the side, her long red hair flowing in the wind. Severus Snape was walking over to her in all his glory.
SS: Hello Ms. WinterRose
L: Professor Snape, I got your note, now what do you want to discuss?
She watched as he sighed, raising a hand to slide over his nose and mouth in an exhausted manner.
SS: That kiss never should've happened, I wasnt in my right mind. And neither was it appropriate for a teacher to do.
She felt tears prick the corners of her eyes, the tell tale sign of her heart shattering at his words.
L: No its completely understandable!! Im just a worthless know it all, an insolent child nonetheless.
He looked at her shocked and appalled at her words. The anger evident on her face was more than enough.
SS: This wasnt even worth my Saturday, Gooday to you Ms. WinterRose!!
L: Yah thanks again you douche of a teacher.
She watched as he walked off, without another word to her face. She stooped down crying in the snow. Her hair lit a flame as she poured her heart out.
