After escaping weapon X Facility, Y/N is found in outworld just outside of Sindel's palace in the middle of the night as she adopts him as her first son.

The scene opens up with a giant facility as an alarm was going off as multiple guards with guns started running towards a room.
Guard: MOVE MOVE MOVE!
They continued running and finally entered the mutations room as William Stryker was seen talking to the doctors.
Stryker: What is the problem doctor?!!
Doctor: Weapon X isn't responding to the treatment and he is going nuts!
A computer was showing a diagram of a 6 year old boy who was moving around in a water tank aggressively.
Doctor: Sir! Do we stop?!!
Stryker: NO! Just give it time! He needs to respond to it otherwise he'll go berserk and escape!
The little boy was still moving aggressively as something was moving inside of his hands as he started banging on the glass hard as it cracked a little bit. He continues banging on the glass as it started to crack even more as the guards immediately loaded their weapons.
Guard 1: Sir! You need to leave the room! He'll break free any second!
Stryker was hesitant and was about to say something until the doctor noticed something.
Doctor: Sir! Look! He points to the little boys x-ray as three metal claws were shown coming out of his knuckles.

The water tank breaks as the little boy was seen growling as he stood up and looked at his hands and clenched his fists hard. He then growls and lets out a raging roar as his eyes were yellow.

Guard 2: HE BROKE FREE!!! REPEAT HE BROKE FREE!!!
Guard 1: GO GET STRYKER TO THE EVAC CHOPPER!!!
Stryker was escorted out of the mutations room immediately as the little boy was running and pouncing on guards while slashing them apart. The guards started shooting at the little boy as he wasn't affected by the bullets at all. More and more guards appeared as the others were getting dismembered or killed.
