Chapter 2

Loki POV

My eyes worriedly inspected every aspect of my hands and I used all my strength to try and get that stupid collar off my neck.

Then, my gaze turned to her.

I snapped.

"You! What have you done!?"

I rushed toward her fuelled by anger, grasping her shoulder.

"What kind of trickery is this?!" I bellowed at her with rage.

And without second thoughts, she took something on the counter alongside us, and in a swift swing, knocked me out.

Y/n POV

A slight anxiety formed in my belly, seeing him panicking about whatever his hands were missing.

I turned looked around to see if I could use anything to protect myself in case something happens, I looked over the cutlery, but refrained myself, being wanted for unintentional murder wasn't on my plans for the week.

Then my eyes diverged to the side, where I had put my pan.

I was brutally taken out of my trance by the weirdo's footsteps, then the faint anxiety began to grow inside my belly.

He clutched the fabric of my shirt and my shoulders with it, enraged.

He hollered at me but I couldn't hear any of it, taken aback by the sudden overwhelming feeling.

Without any more thinking, I seized the pan which was gracefully waiting for me to the side.

A loud bang echoing in the whole room.

And the god was unconscious on the ground.

I sat down on one of the stool, to ease down my racing heart, and pet Søta who was resting on the counter, unbothered.

"Did you see that angel? At this point I might rename you Pascal"

I chimed, mimicking the frying pan's swing.

"Anyway, we can't just leave him here.."

I got down from the stool, rushing around before he could wake up to get a rope or something.

Then I proceeded to drag him on the sofa to tie him up, his feet and hands rejoined in pairs.

I didn't want to wait for him to wake, actually I didn't want him to wake up at all, I'm pretty sure he was going to be a loud mess.

I sat next to him on the sofa, considering my options.

"I could call the police... "

I took my phone out and started dialling a familiar number.

I hesitated, before entering the last digit.

Then I waited for a short while until a voice resonated from the device.

"Hello?"

I took a breath and answered.

"Hi, Jericho, it's me.."

"Hey little dove! You never call me nor the parents, whats up?"

"Nothing, I just wanted to check up on you I guess."
