An alarm rang into my ears, and I brutally woke up.

A succinct gasps escaped me, still frightened by the uncanny dream I just had.

I sat down and realised I had slept on the couch, which wasn't very comfortable, so I sighed and got up to start the day.

Everything was alright until my gaze met emerald green eyes, the one I had momentarily forgot about.

No, I don't have Alzheimer.

Or do I..?

So I emitted a high pitched scream followed by a low "ohhhh" and a "ohh it's just you."

He clearly looked annoyed and.. tired, like he didn't sleep at all.

"Well hello there" said he.

"Bye"said I.

I took my phone out, only to realise I was late, really late, and that my phone had 1%.

I groaned and rushed to my room to get prepared "Great! Really the best way to start a day!"

Unlike me, Loki stayed put on the couch, not that there was anything else he could do.

After getting dressed, I had hurriedly brushed my teeth, ignoring the fact that I was really hungry.

It's was already 9:46 AM, and I had religion and philosophy lecture at 10am, knowing I had to take the bus, which probably took around 10 minutes, but I had to wait 5 minutes for it to arrive.

I would be late, so I couldn't waste anymore time here.

Running back into the living room, I stopped in front of Loki.

"You, you stay put, I'll be back in 1 hours or so."

He seemed a bit startled and his brows furrowed.

"No."

"Great talk."

My time couldn't be wasted any more, and he was in no position to escape.

I took all of my things, shoved them in my backpack and rushed out of the apartment.

The professors didn't really cared if I was late, but I did, because they always informed us about the assignment we had to do in the first minutes of class.

I had, with the uttermost success, managed to be 20 minutes more late than expected.

Luckily, Mr Jenkins was understanding enough to update me on any important event that was discussed before I arrived.

I took a picture of the notes of the girl sitting right next to me, learned her name was Kassandra and got to know her a bit.

I think Kassandra was the first person I had a conversation with in this lecture, as everyone was too focused on Mr Jenkins presentation in itself to talk to each others.

Well that was good news, getting to know new people was always refreshing.

I had studied with her at the library the remaining hour, before lunch.

We had settled in some corner, next to a window (that was my request) because being able to look outside pleased me more than anything.

The library wasn't grandiose nor outstanding, but nobody expected it to be anyway.

It was plain, with little to no colors, the wood parquet squeaked easily, some people even used it as excuse for high pitched laughs.

The weather wasn't very promising outside either, the soft plip plop of the rain vibrated against the window, and the din of the wind gave the library an unsettling overall vibe.
