Marco blinked as he listened to Star's story. "Are you seriously telling me that Eclipsa stole the book of magic scraps from your secret closet and almost set Globgor free?"

"Uhuh! Complete nightmare." Star huffed, crossing her arms as Solar shrugged.

"It's sweet how she wants to see her family again."

"It would be sweet if it wasn't a horrible idea!" Star threw up her arms as Marco chuckled.

The conversation went silent as Marco knocked on the door. "Greetings, friends. We would like to cordially invite you to the coronation of Queen Eclipsa. It's gonna be held at the Monster Auditorium, and there's gonna be food and music and a bounce house for the kids. So can we expect to see you there?"

"I'll think about it." The Mewman slammed the door in Marco's face as he huffed.

"Every time."

Star smiled softly. "Thanks for helping me with all of these."

"No problem. It's not like we have much else to do."

"Though, are you sure it was wise to send Tom, Janna and Moc out to hand out the other half?" Solar glanced at Star. "Those three aren't the most diplomatic."

"Hey," Marco interrupted. "Janna actually passed her knight tests, so she's better than you." Solar opened and closed his mouth as Marco chuckled, taking his hand. "Let's just keep going. We still have a lot of invitations to hand out."

Marco paused, seeing the other group walking out but with no invitations in their hands. Star beamed, rushing over. "You delivered all the invitations?"

Janna grinned. "Yep."

Marco gave her a look but didn't push it as Star grabbed Janna. "Can we talk?"

Janna nodded, following Star away.

Marco glanced at the others. "Are we delivering these properly?"

"Nope." Solar dumped them on a nearby table before he wrapped his arms around his boyfriends. "I think we deserve lunch."

"Lunch! Lunch! Lunch," Moc cheered, charging off.

"I dunno, maybe it's crazy to think my mom would go," Star muttered, holding the invitation in her hands."

"She'd be crazy not to go to the cornonation," Janna chuckled. "I mean, it has free food."

Star chuckled before she paused. "Wait, what did you call it?"

"Corn-o-nation? That's what it says on the invitation."

"What? No, no! No, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's supposed to say 'coronation'. Marco! You were supposed to spell-check the invitation."

"Well, if you think about it, Mewni is sort of the only dimension where that kinda makes sense. You're pretty obsessed with corn." Janna wrapped an arm around Star, pulling her into the crowd.

"Whoa, where did all these people come from?"

"I think they all live here?"

The two went quiet as they heard the crowd gossiping. "I hear she's still doing dark magic."

"I am not surprised."

"Well, I heard she keeps Globgor in a crystal and talks to him every night."

"What a monster fangirl."

"I wouldn't go to that cornonation if you paid me."

The gossiping people walked away as Janna grinned. "See, cornonation. Totally works."

"Wait a minute. Is that Manfred? Manfred!"

"Star Butterfly?" Manfred stared at Star as she walked over.

"It is you! How did you get all 'unyadda-yadda'd'?"

"I don't want to get into that. I'm just glad Queen Moon has created this beautiful oasis for all those who oppose Eclipsa's reign."

"Wait, my mom did what?"

"Manfred! There's no need for such divisive language here," Moon corrected as she walked out, making Star cheer.

Manfred scoffed. "Oh, please, Moon! All those who oppose Eclipsa, say aye!" Every resident echoed the call as Manfred looked at Moon, who pushed him away.

"All right, that's enough out of you. Go make yourself useful. That goes for you as well." Moon gave the residents a look as they scuttled away. "Star! Janna! So sorry about that."

"Uh yeah, does everyone in this town really hate Eclipsa?" Star looked at Moon in concern as she smiled.

"Of course not. Don't listen to Manfred. He loves his gossip."

"Cool, because I brought you this," Star pulled out the invitation, handing it to Moon. "It's an invitation to Eclipsa's official coronation. It would really, really mean a lot to me if you came. It would send the message that Eclipsa isn't a villain."

Moon struggled, trying to find the right words to tell Star no, when River burst in. "Absolutely not! I hate those stuffy royal ceremonies. They make you wear itchy clothes and eat weird, tiny food off those little plates. Besides, I already made plans to go Bogbeast hunting with Eddie. Oh, Janna m'lass, you're a strong fist. What say you come with us?"

"Love to, but I'll be at the coronation." Janna smiled at Star when River picked her up and put her over his shoulder.

"Well, at least take a look at my bogging gear before you go!"

"Okay, I guess." Janna looked at Star, giving her a confused look as she was carried through the crowd.

Star turned to her mum and took a deep breath. "Look, this will be the last thing I do for Eclipsa. Seriously, after this, I am out. I just want to be a teen again. I don't even know what teens do anymore. Like, do they jet-ski? Do scrapbook? What do they do?"

"Oh, Star. You've grown up so much." Moon placed a hand on Star's shoulder as she blushed. "Your devotion to the kingdom is truly commendable."

"So you'll come?"

"I didn't say that. I still have my reservations about Eclipsa."

"Okay, and you don't have to support Eclipsa, but could you support me?"

"Avast," River screamed, holding the boat above his head. "Bogbeast straight ahead!"

Janna snorted, sitting back in the boat. "Sure, sure."

River charged, tripping over and throwing Janna out of the boat as she complained. Star chuckled, smiling at her mom. "Well, that's my cue to get going. Lots more invites to hand out." Star peeled Janna off the floor, waving to her mom as she left.

"Good luck, sweetie!"

"Thanks, Mom."

Moon sighed, looking at the invitation.
