I cried, but I smile.
I smiled, but I hurt.
I tripped, then let myself fall.
I tried, but then I failed.
I spoke, but no one heard me.
I ran, but with sore legs.
I hear, but only the painful things.
I created it, it broke.
I see, but only illusions.
I swam, but too deep.
I dug where it was too steep.
I dived where it was shallow.
My life was lost in the battle, until it killed me.
But then, I cried.
Tears of joy.
I smiled.
A smile that wasn't fake.
I tripped, and fell into the right place.
I tried, but I didn't fail.
I spoke.
The right people heard me.
I ran.
Until my legs gave out.
I heard. Only the harsh truth.
I created it. Until it broke and remade itself.
I see.
The truth from illusions.
I found my way up from the depths of the ocean.
I climbed to the top of the mountain.
I went head first into the battle, the battle of life.
I think I'm alive.
