I don't know where Darrow's allegiance lies. He has been without Ares for years and lost without their guidance, so he took his own path. Now that he learned the truth about Eo, he will do whatever the Sons want. But, Eo knew she was pregnant when she brought death upon herself. She killed her child.
Darrow saving Rogue from going to the gala saves his life. He truly found a friend in Rogue and didn't want to see him dead. The loyalty between them is something deep. I wonder how quickly he would understand Darrow's situation if he was just told about it.
The Jackel arrives to attend the gala with his father's people. I wonder when Mustang will appear. There has been enough talk of her that I don't believe we won't see her. However, it doesn't seem like it will be a romantic reunion.
Oh the utter betrayal when Mustang finally shows up...on the arm of Cassius. Is that her way of getting back at Darrow? She doesn't seem like the type. Also, the Bellonas are blood enemies to the Augustus family. Why would they court each other? Except to rebel against their families?
