A week passed as Kasia sat in her room as she texted Theo.
She couldn't sleep as the moon illuminated her.
Stiles was awake and walking around but she knew he wouldn't bother her.
At least not after midnight.
She bit her lip as he gave her butterflies.
She had never felt like this before and for once she felt normal.
She didn't fully trust him yet but would eventually.
He just would need to prove that she could trust him and that would take a lot.
But it wasn't just him that needed to win her trust.
A guy in her classes had been trying to swoon her.
Liam was goofy and every time he tried to flirt something went wrong.
She still thought he was nice though.
She liked that he wasn't too serious.
Kasia felt connected to the both of them.
She felt comfortable and safe around them no matter who they truly were.
They could both be murderers and she would still feel like they were the ones that could fill that void.
She didn't like to think about it but after her brother was possessed she was left with a black hole within her.
After seeing her brother hurt so many it broke her.
It was why she wasn't close to him anymore.
She still saw the spirit that possessed him.
Kasia smiled as Theo texted her again.
He wanted her to look out of her window.
She looked at her window before walking over to it.
She pulled back the curtains before seeing Theo leaning against his truck.
She opened her window.
"What are you doing?" she said.
"Wanna go for a drive?
I'll get you back before your dad gets back" he shouted.
She shook her head "This is something that happens in movies" she said.
He smiled.
She looked at her door before looking back at him.
"Give me five minutes," she said before walking away from the window.
She got dressed in black leggings, a black long-sleeve shirt and Converse before grabbing a Taser and pocket knife.
She then walked back to the window before climbing out.
She used the windows to steady herself before jumping down.
She the walked to him.
"Were you texting me while driving?" she asked.
"I pulled over a few times," he said.
She smiled "I know that's a lie.
You don't seem that responsible" she said.
"Still want to go on that drive?" he asked.
She nodded "Just don't get the police called on you.
My dad would shoot you if he saw me in the car with you" she said.
"I can heal," he said as his eyes shifted.
He then opened the door for her as she walked to him.
She got in before watching him get in the driver's seat.
He then started the engine before driving away as Kasia looked out of the window.
"Why did you want to go on a drive with me?" she asked.
"I think you're a cool person.
I wanted to get to know you.
The real you and maybe I'll let you get to know me" he said.
"I'm my dad's daughter.
I could know everything about you in seconds.
Trying to be mysterious won't work" she said.
He smiled "I knew you were the one for me" he said.
She looked at him "What does that mean?" she asked.
"You'll know when I want to tell you.
I don't want to yet though" he said.
She smirked "I'll find out" she said.
"We'll see," he said as he drove around as they both talked or sat in silence.
