Celina pulls up next to him in her car.

CELINA: You sure you should be riding that?

She asks in a kind of joking yet serious way.

AARON: Yeah why not? It's fun.

CELINA: Right. But does your doctor know about it?

AARON: Celina it's fine. I'm being extra careful I swear.

CELINA: Okay if you say so.

She says doubtfully.

CELINA: How you feeling though? It's your first day back.

AARON: *inhales and exhales* Yeah I feel good I'm excited to be back.

CELINA: And the nightmares?

AARON: Well they're still there but hopefully that'll get better as we solve the case involving the shooting and as I keep going to therapy.

CELINA: Okay well just take it easy and be careful.

AARON: I will I promise.

As he smirks at her.

CELINA: Yeah you better.

She says as she smiles and walks away.

The crew is all in the station as Aaron walks in he gets a standing ovation. Everyone welcomes him back with smiles on their faces.

LUCY: Welcome back Aaron I am so glad to see you here and healthy.

AARON: Thank you I appreciate it.

TIM: Welcome back Officer Thorsen.

AARON: Thank you sir.

WADE: Thorsen let me talk to you in my office.

Aaron nods and walks away from Tim and Lucy to meet Sergeant Grey in his office.

WADE: Welcome back.

AARON: Thank you sir. Feels good to be back and I'm ready to get back out there to work towards being a detective again.

WADE: You're not going back on the streets till I know you're ready.

AARON: Sir respectfully I know I'm ready. I been going to therapy and everything.

WADE: Respectfully that's not your decision to make. Aaron I have been where you are. You almost died. So you will be on desk duty and start going to department mandated therapy twice a week until you're cleared.

AARON: But sir-

WADE: No buts. You're first appointment is tonight.

Sergeant Grey hands Aaron a card with the psychiatrists name on it.
