"okay dude i gotta get off now my playstation's boutta die" walker tells brady after they've played god knows how much games of fortnite.
"alright see ya" brady says , "see ya" walker says back as they both left the call. he walks up to his dresser since he wanted to wear a hoodie.
he opens it and starts digging for his favorite hoodie , he pulls out a red sweater and slightly smiles.
it smelled like strawberries , it smelled like vienna. he had realized he still had a lot of her stuff , he starts digging deeper in the drawer.
he pulls out one of her shirts , it had the batman logo printed on it. if there was one person who understood his obsession over batman , it was her.
he pulled out a couple more hoodies. he looked around his room more , he found a few lip glosses and some of her skincare products.
he realized he had to give all of this back , she just left too fast before he could so he forgot. he put it all in a bag , he thought that he should probably tell her he was coming, but he just decided to go unannounced.
"hey leena can you drive me to v's?" he asks his older sister as he stood in her doorway. she quickly got up "oh my god! are you two back together? this is the best day of my life" she squeals.
"what?.. no, i just need to drop off some of her stuff she left here" he raises an eyebrow at her excitement. "oh.." she muttered , "okay let's go" she took her car keys and walked out with him.
they left the front door open, heading to her car she got into the drivers seat while walker sat in the passengers one. they start driving to vienna's house.
his heart was beating fast , he was kind of nervous to see her again because of how he acted last time they saw each other. he completely blew up.
leena pulled into the grace's driveway as walker picked the bag up , opening the car door and walking to their porch. he rings the doorbell.
he hears footsteps down the stairs as he stood there waiting , the door opens to reveal a confused vienna.
"hi walker.." she says , confused on what he's doing here. "hey vienna" he responds. "what are you doing here?" she asks in the most polite way possible.
"i just came to give you some of your stuff back, you left a lot of your things" he held up the bag , handing it to her.
"oh , thank you" she says taking it from his hands, "that reminds me i also have some stuff of yours" she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear.
"come in , i left it in my room" she opens the door more for him , he awkwardly smiles as he came in. they went upstairs to her room , he hasn't been in here in a while.
he looks around , noticing some new changes she's made like moving her bed and desk. she had a few new posters too. "here's some of the stuff "she took a box from her closet.
"i think i still have a few more hoodies in here , just a second" she mumbles as she goes back into her closet, he nods.
he picks up a monkey stuffed animal from her bed , it wasn't just any stuffed animal. it was their "child" , kirk.
walker won it for vienna at a carnival , since then they've had this joke about him being their kid, they even made him a birth certificate.
part of the joke was them having shared custody over him , they would switch every week. he's been with vienna since the break up since he was last with her.
she comes out her closet with the box , and half-smiles at the sight. "kirk chose his mother in the divorce".
he looks up and grins , "he didnt have a choice, he would've definitely chosen me". "in your dreams" she replies.
"you can keep him" she gave him the box , "no , you keep him. i was just messing with you" he puts him back on her bed.
"thanks by the way" he picks the box up, "no problem" she responds. "also i'm sorry for what happened the other night" he brought up.
"it's okay , you were completely right for acting that way. what i did was wrong and i shouldn't have handled it like that" she says , "but i shouldn't have yelled at you" he said.
she looks down , nodding. "well i should probably go now , leenas outside waiting" he breaks the silence.
"right.. tell her i say hi" she looks up , "will do , bye vienna" he says as he began walking out.
"bye walker".
