"baby you can kiss a hundred boys in barsss" vienna hummed the song under her breath as she folded laundry.
"your singing hasn't gotten any better has it?" walker smirks as he stood behind vienna, "you scared me..." she throws a shirt at him as she caught her breath.
"since when were you here?" she asks as he folded the shirt that she very kindly threw at him, "mckenna told me to come over but.. she's not here" he says confused.
"why would she invite you here then? she's on set and won't be home till later tonight" vienna questioned, "i don't know.. she's been acting weird lately" the blonde boy chuckled as he handed over the folded shirt.
"thanks.." she mutters as she put the shirt on top of the finished pile, "well since you're here, what do you wanna do?" she got up.
"good question.. i'm not sure" he looked around her room, he picked up a script from her desk. "this for your new movie? the rom com?" he flipped through the pages.
"yeah, i still need a bit of practice for this scene the two main characters have tomorrow" she sighs, "well i could help you go through lines if you want?" he offers.
"yeah- that would be great actually.. thanks" she smiles as she sat on her bed, he joins her with the script in his hand.
"it should be here" she flipped the pages of the script until she landed on the scene. "zoe and wyatt- alright" he muttered as he read the page.
"wyatt, i don't get it" vienna acted out, "what do you mean?" walker does the same.
"ever since we decided to end it- you've been giving me these mixed signals and i just can't tell if you still like me or if you want nothing to do with me"
"zoe.. don't say that"
"i know you don't like me anymore, that was stupid of me to say but-"
"no, i do... i still love you. i love you zoe even though i didn't have enough time to tell you that"
there was a moment of silence between vienna and walker after that line, they sat there looking at eachother before walker had to speak up "uh- well.. your next line?".
"i.. forgot" she muttered, "that's okay.. here" he hands the script over to her. "oh right, she just kisses him and that's the end of that scene" she tucks a strand of hair behind her ear.
"oh" he said under his breath, "i'm nervous for the scene tomorrow" she told him. "why? you did so good just then" he smiles.
"no uh.. the kiss scene" she looked down awkwardly, "well it's not like it's your first time, it'll be fine" he reassured her.
"i know, but it's been a while since. also i just feel like it's gonna be really weird to kiss josh" she said, "hey, you're gonna do great tomorrow alright?" he grins at her.
"thanks walk" she says as the corners of her mouth turned upward , and there it was again. that silence as they looked into each others eyes.
deep inside, vienna didn't want it to end. she could stare into his eyes all day, she thought they were the most beautiful thing she's ever seen but she also didn't want to seem weird.
walker slightly leaned in closer to her, vienna interrupted by changing the subject "okay! let's go downstairs and look for something to eat" she looked away and stood up.
"yeah, okay.." walker mutters as he got up and followed her. he spent the rest of the day overthinking, did she not notice he wanted to kiss her? or did she just not want to?
