Chapter 2

As much as Izuku enjoyed the attention, Kacchan was not just cuddly...he at times looked stressed and would mumble angry.

Sometimes izuku would be with Kacchans lap in kacchans office while doing paper work or calls. Izuku would LOVE to know but kacchans pecs covered his ears and also Izuku could not help but feel too overwhelmed by being so close to kacchan to hear anything.

It did hit Izuku though...kacchan missed him. And of course kacchan would want to know where..his hero partner was at. It made Izuku feel touched how kacchan was looking so hard for him and how deeply kacchan cared about his friends well being.

Kacchan looked pained and Izuku wished more then anything to say "kacchan it's ok! I am here!" But nothing...

So Izuku enjoyed the attention and felt hopeless seeing kacchans pain and holding in any venerability even in his own home.

One night kacchan came home in his casual clothes groaning as he took off his jean jacket and mask. "Fucking idiots...I'm home Izu"

Usually Kacchan would say izu in a soft tone but was a bit rough as kacchan sounded tired and frustrated. Izuku never could get used to the various cute nicknames and soft affection he received from kacchan even if it was kacchan seeing him just a plush.

Kacchan picked him off the small chair he got for Izuku and kissed his head and put him down as kacchan went to shower. But let the bathroom door left open to hear the news. Izuku was actually able to watch tv. It was the same as usual, Izuku missing and people looking for him and Izuku hopelessly feeling guilty but also happy getting updated on his old classmates as pro hero's during these trying times as kacchan showered in the background.

Which was smart unlike Izuku who had his tablet fall in the tube while trying to watch a battle kirishima was in. (Kacchan gave Izuku his old one while scolding him for recklessly mistreating his only tablet for work and personal and to leave the work table he was given from Todoroki and to take the one kacchan gave him for personal use. Izuku was impressed how kacchans old tablet was in such good condition).

Then Izuku saw his mother popped on screen. She looked utterly devastated..only time Izuku saw this was back in UA when he told her he would leave to protect her and everyone there to find shigeraki.

She had what looked to have been crying for days and had to be supported by none other then Allmight himself who looked just as devestated.

"P-please...if you have seen my baby...bring him home...bring not just my baby but our hero...deku."

Izuku couldn't hear the rest as he was so heartbroken at his mother's voice and tears...made him feel guilty for being all happy enjoying himself in Kacchans arms and being oblivious to everyone's pain of him disappearing without a word.

Then kacchan stepped into frame with a towel on his waist (and sure deku may be looking at kacchans waist), and izuku couldn't see kachans face but he saw his hands clenched shaking..izuku believed he was no doubt angry and upset at izuku going missing but as well as thinking "damn deku being dumb to go missing". And probably gonna say about him-

Before izuku could finish that thought kacchan turned and izuku felt his heart drop and the world freeze...seeing kacchans face in tears and almost reminding izuku of when they were kids...only now instead of the stubborn chubby cheeked kid back then was now a tall built man crying making izuku feel so pained...as kacchan even in his own condo was trying to hold in any emotion...

*kacchan picked izuku up and cradled izuku and izuku didn't know what to do but wish he could hug kacchan and tell him how he was ok and kacchan could cry out loud for him...he was strong and showing such emotion shouldn't be seen as being any worse...

Kacchan chuckled and kissed Izuku instead of on his head but on his doll lips making Izuku flush, if he was in his human body he'd have been freaking out but he couldn't...as kacchan mumbled so cutely yet so heart breaking: "I want to see you.. Izu"
