1. Send him up in a hot air balloon
2. Ask him to do a spell for you to prove he is a wizard
3. Ask him why he hates monkeys so much that he makes them grow wings
4. Then mention that he might have problems with abusing animals
5. Dress up like a clown for his birthday and make him hold MANY balloons
6. Laugh as he floats away
7. Chase him while holding a bottle of green elixer
8. Ask if his favorite color is emerald
9. If he says no, then asky why he made his city that color
10. If he says yes, then say "Well, DUH! Could you be more obvious? Your whole city is emerald green!"
