Windclaw trotted through the trees, watching the brown leaves fall from their branches.
She was going to fetch water from the river that bordered moonclan and sunclan. Windclaw could hear the owls hooting, and prey scuffiling from under the bushes. But then, she saw a white figure run through the bushes.
She pricked her ears.
" hello?" Windclaw poked her head around the bush, she had never seen anything like it. It was a beautiful, pearly white cat who was almost see-through.
" hello" Windclaw crept forward. The mysterious cat turned its head, showing big wide eyes.
" who are you? I've never seen anyone like you before." Windclaw sat down next to the strange cat.
" I am a starclan cat," the cat said. Windclaw gasped. A starclan cat? Why would an important cat visit her?
" I have a message for you, Windclaw."
Windclaw's belly lurched. She couldn't believe any of it was happening.
" yes?" She asked, trying to process the moment.
" for when 3 betray, the moon is to be lit by its evil forever, until the amulet is to be found."
The cat looked away for a moment, and looked back.
" Windclaw, don't share this message with anyone."
" I promise! But who are you?" Windclaw beamed with excitement, padding her paws on the ground.
" I am branchstar. Goodbye, Windclaw." He slowly faded away, and in the blink of an eye branchstar was gone. Windclaw gasped for air.
What just happened? Did I get a prophecy of some sort?

She woke up. Greyfeather was prodding her side.
" finally! Your awake! Took you long enough." He laughed.
" it was a dream?" She thought aloud.
Greyfeather looked confused. Windclaw realised she said it out loud.
" what?"
" nothing. Wait..shoot! I got to take bristlepaw to training!" She got up and raced out but moltenclaw stopped her.
" don't worry, whitefang took cover." Windclaw felt relieved.
" thank you moltenclaw for telling me"
He gave a curt nod and walked away.
Windclaw got up and went outside. She saw bluegaze, one of the queens, and her mate, snappedjaw sharing tongues.
She trotted over to the fresh-kill pile and picked a vole, and sat down in her place where she'd usually sit with Greyfeather. The words rang in her ears, for when 3 betray, the moon will be lit by its evil forever, until the amulet is found. She wondered what it meant. Amulet? What was that?
