Malfunction and Explosion

Chapter 2

Malfunction was walking down the street when he heard the bell chime. He quickly ran to the nearest building..luckily it was the place Explosion was staying at. He entered, and quickly shut the door, running up the stairs, eventually he got to Explosion's door, and opened it, locking it behind him.
"SHIT! Oh - it's just you, Malfunction. What have I said about showing up unannounced?" Explosion spoke, rolling his eyes, but moved over to his best friend, hugging him. Malfunction felt himself calm slightly, and hugged Explosion back.
"I'm sorry, but I wanted to live another day. This place was the closest building." Malfuncion spoke, his pupils shrinking slightly as he saw the cracks on Explosion's screen. "Those aren't old, are they. Fucking Moonshine, I keep telling you to just quit like I did." He grumbled, he cared for his best friend, they had known eachother since they were alive, and even died at the same time. Malfunction from being zapped by a malfunctioning machine, and Explosion by being exploded by that same machine.
"It's fine, Really! I'll make us some food to wait out the extermination. I'm sure everything will be just fine!" Explosion spoke through the static, getting any dirty plates, or mugs and putting them in the kitchen. "You know this place is much tidier, you just showed up unannounced, so I had no time to tidy. You should really tell a TV when your coming!" He complained, clearly pretending to be annoyed. Malfunction just smiled, and went to sit down, scrolling through voxtagram, liking any pictures he liked. His smile instantly turned into a frown as he saw one of Moonshine's many accounts. He blocked the account, and was close to throwing it at the wall, but didn't. He just turned the TV on, and watched whatever shit was on, since he wasn't bothered to put anything good on. He then heard a loud crash in the kitchen, and instantly got up, he rolled his eyes, and put his hands on his waist.
"Get up, dumbass. Be lucky a knife didn't hit you." He joked, then offered a hand to Explosion, who took it, and got up.
"Your the dumbass. You came in here all panicked." Explosion spoke, smiling. Malfunction just rolled his eyes.
"I thought something had happened to you, dumb bitch. I thought you were in danger..or somethin." He grumbled, before going back to watching TV.

Soon enough, Explosion came back in with a plate of cookies. Malfunction rolled his eyes, trying to focus on the TV, but around a second later he had already eaten two.
"You have no right to make this as good as you do." He growled, and threw a cookie at Explosion, who caught it.
