Trauma?!

Race week is starting. Max is feeling bored, he is already used to winning. It's like he has no one to compete to. His car is the bast and if he does not crash, he will for sure win every race.

He is thinking about all the interactions he will have to have with Charles. It kinda makes him nervous.

He feels like the reason why Charles pushed him away is his fault and is feeling guilty.

Since he will have to go back to ,,work" soon, he wants to spend last free time relaxing. So he decides to go shopping with Penelope.

He really loves her. She is like his real daughter. He is being a father that he never had. Unfortunately Kelly won't be with them because she has work. She is always busy. Well only reason why they're dating is to help her get rid of her stalking ex, but she is like family to him. He loves Kelly as his sister and Kelly loves him as her brother.

Max and P are in mall looking around. P sees Charles and Carloses poster and points at it:
,,Your friends"
Max- ,,yes, my friends..."

They move to toys store where Max is like child, if you could not see them you would think it's mother with her son.

After they finish, P proposes that they eat something.

That go and have dinner at a fancy restaurant. But then he notices someone familiar. It's Charles! But with his girlfriend... Charles girlfriend notices them and says hello.

P and Max are almost done with their meal when Max sees Charles leave for bathroom and decides to follow him.

Max - ,,Hey..."
Charles - ,,Hi..."
Max - ,,I wanted to apologize for what I did, I
to quickly and it was very wrong from me"
Charles - ,,It's not you fault Max... It's just.......
forget it, just know that it was not your
fault."

Charles leaves bathroom and Max is very confused. He want to know what Charles was about to say but he can't ask him, what if it's personal or triggering?!
