Tiana was seated in her office but her attention was still on Elena's excuse for being at the West District. The excuse still didn't seem to make sense to Tiana but after Davidson had spoken to her the night before during dinner she decided to brush it off and instead anticipate a big question-and-answer period with Elena Smith the next time they met. She needed answers...desperately. There was a knock on her door and then her secretary walked in.

"Ma'am, Miss Mundi wants to see you."

"O Berla, let her in," Berla Mundi was ushered into Tiana's office soon after. She looked pretty as usual. Her shoulder-length hair looked straight and sleek as usual and she was in a light green office suit with matching pants that looked formal and nice on her, "Always beautiful, my dear."

"Aunt Tiana, how are you doing?"

"I'm good, my dear. Take a seat," she sat on one of the chairs across from where Tiana was seated.

"I came to visit Dad and I decided that I'll pass by and see you. Guess what?"

"What?"

"I'm finally deciding to accept your offer to work here under the Marketing Department. I think it will be of great help to my father. He's hitting 60 in three years and I have to be taking control so that he can also rest. Don't you think so?"

"It's a great idea but you can also let him rest by having grandchildren to play around with. I have six years more to 60 with children that have no plans of getting married, especially JR."

"It's my dream to give him grandchildren but the man I wish to be with has no interest in me. We'll speak about that later. You mentioned JR and the next thing that jumped into my mind was Elena Smith. After what Mr Johnson's son said about her, I'm doubting," she leaned closer, "Don't get me wrong but isn't it weird that you don't know much about her?"

"The thought was just striking me before you walked into this office."

"What do you plan on doing about it?"

"I have nothing in mind yet."

"This is not the Tiana Walker I know. You're my role model and I don't think you'll allow just a total nobody to get married to your son. I think it's high time you conducted a background check on Elena Smith. That will be the only way we'll be sure that we are not insinuating anything," she held Tiana's hands, "You Walkers are like family to us and your problem is our problem so that's my little advice for you, Aunt Tiana."

"You're confusing me nowadays, Elena Smith. No job but then you move out more than you moved out when you had a job," Helena said with a light smile.

"Don't worry, Aunt Ena. I'm making money without a job. I'm finally putting my certificate to function. We'll be rich soon," she smiled. She had a phone call from Davidson's assistant, Dennis.

"Hello, I'm not going to make this long. You told a lie and the eyes of Tiana Walker will be in search of you so I'll advise you to spend less time outside your home on the West side and if you can be in the hotel suite at Eco Hotel that's if you don't want your cover to be blown. It might be nasty for both and JR."

"I'll take note of that."

"There's a difference between I'll take note of that and I'll do just that. I hope your choice is the latter. Good morning," he ended the call. Helena just stood there silently looking at her niece.

"Whatever you're doing just make sure that it doesn't land you in trouble and that you'll be safe. Your life matters to me more than anything else and you know that."
