HARAM'S POV
The next morning, I woke up to the sound of my alarm. Thankfully, I set it, kundi hindi na naman ako gigisingin ni yeram. I quickly prepared and headed downstairs, only to find Yeram already eating breakfast.
"Good morning" she said, not even glancing at me.
"Hmm" lang ang nasagot ko, medyo badtrip pa rin ako sa kanya mula kahapon.
As I was about to leave, when mom reminded me, "Lydia, be nice to your sister. You two should look out for each other"
"Yeah, sure" sagot ko, hindi pa rin totally nawawala yung inis ko kahapon.
*AT SCHOOL*
Walking into school felt different today. Maybe because I wasn't late, or perhaps because I was actually looking forward to seeing Gehlee and the others. As I entered the classroom, I saw Gehlee waving at me.
"Hey, Haram! Dito!" she called out.
I walked over and sat next to her, giving a nod as a greeting. "Good morning" I said.
"Good morning! Ready for another fun day?" Gehlee asked,
I just laughed. "As long as it doesn't involve running late or getting scolded, I'm all in"
Nagtawanan lang kami ng may biglang tumawang sa pangalan ni gehlee, Napatingin ako kung sino ang tumawag kay gehlee. Wait parang familiar yung mukha nya, I don't know where I saw her, but she seems familiar, like I've seen her somewhere before. May mga kasama rin syang kaibigan nya
"Baby che!"
"Hoy, bakit absent kayo kahapon?"eli said
"Kaya nga, bakit pinag palit nyo na ba kami sa ibang kaibigan nyo" pagdadrama ni Yunha
"Oa mo talaga kahit kailan, pangit pangit naman" eli said, nag tawanan naman sila
"Mama mo blue" pag bawi ni yunha
"Nyenyenye" pangangasar naman ni eli
"Enough already, Eli and Yunha, you've been arguing since yesterday. Sipain ko kayo dyan e" pag awat naman ni gehlee,
"At ikaw naman saan ka galing at ngayon ka lang pumasok, huh? You were absent, and so were Ate Sunwoo and Ate Hyeonju. Sumin, Narumi, Sieun, and Gyoryeon were also absent. Only the three of us were present yesterday, nag bardagulan pa yung dalawa wala akong kasama umawat sa dalawang yan" mahabang dagdag na sabi ni gehlee.
"Sorry na, I just had to take care of something important, tsaka isang beses lang ako umabsent " the girl with bangs said
"Ganun ba, next time mag sabi ka para alam ko, alam namin kayo rin guys" gehlee said
"Yes ssob, sorry na hmm?" Pag suyo nya
"Ito na naman po tayo sa harutan ng dalawa" the girl with red hair said
"Tama na kayo mga burikat kayo" the tall girl with bangs said
"Hayaan nyo sila mga bitter talaga kayo" the blonde hair girl said
"Mga sira talaga kayo, anyways guys we have a new student she's haram kahapon lang sya nag transfer dito" gehlee said
"Hi po, Lydia Haram Bae, haram for short na lang po" i introduced.
"Nana, 16 years old" nana said.
"Hi, I'm Hyeonju 19 years old" ate Hyeonju said.
"I'm Sunwoo 19 years old" ate sunwoo said.
"Sumin 18 years old" the girl with beautiful smile said, ang ganda naman nya
"I'm Narumi 18 years old mukha lang mabait pero mabait talaga ako" narumi.
"Gyoryeon 17 years old you can call me gia na lang ayoko ng gio panlalaki pero kung sya naman tatawag, why not HAHAHAHA" gyoryeon said.
"Don't worry, mababait kami mukha lang ganyan yan kasi ang papangit nila HAHAHAHA" pag bibiro ni ate Hyeonju.
"Anyways, guys where's sieun? Absent na naman ba?" Eli said
"Yan na naman sya hinahanap na naman nya, absent sya kasi may inaasikaso sya mag chachat naman sakin yon pag tapos na nya asikasuhin yon" Sumin said
"Dito naman ako bakit kailangan sya pa rin hinahanap?" Bulong ni Yunha, "Anong sabi mo pangit" Eli asked, "Wala, sabi ko miss ko na si seowon" Yunha
"Dika mamimiss non pangit mo kaya" pangangasar ni eli
"Ang sama mo talaga palibhasa wala kang jowa e sama kasi ng ugali mo, kahit si satanas mag gigive up sayo sa sobrang sama ng ugali mo" Yunha said, annoyed
"Aba tarant-" Eli was about to speak when Hyeonju interupt her
"Hoy kayo tumigil na nga kayo dyan at baka kung saan na mapunta yang asaran nyo" paninermon ni ate hyeonju
Nag tawanan lang kaming lahat dahil sa dalawa, ang kukulit nila.
We were just chatting while waiting for the teacher to come in.
Just then, Mrs. Lopez walked in, signaling the start of class. The day went by in a blur of lessons and laughter. Gehlee and I quickly became inseparable, much to Yeram's surprise when she saw us together during lunch.
"Kailan pa kayo naging magkaibigan?" tanong ni Yeram, her tone a mix of surprise and a hint of jealousy.
"Just recently. Why? Is that a problem?" I shot back, not hiding the sarcasm in my voice.
"No, not at all. Just... surprising, that's all," Yeram said, quickly looking away.
The lunch break was filled with stories and jokes, mainly from Gehlee's friends, who had a knack for making everyone laugh.

As the day came to a close, Gehlee pulled me aside. "Hey, Haram, do you want to hang out after school? There's a new cafe I want to try"
I hesitated at first, thinking of Yeram waiting for me at home. But the thought of spending more time with Gehlee and possibly making Yeram a bit jealous was too tempting. "Sure, why not?"
We agreed to meet at the school gate after our last class. I rushed home to drop off my bag and change clothes. Yeram raised an eyebrow at me. "Going somewhere, ate?"
"Just out with friends" I replied curtly, not wanting to give her the satisfaction of knowing more.
The cafe was cozy, filled with the aroma of coffee and pastries. Gehlee was already there, saving us a spot by the window. The afternoon flew by as we talked about everything and nothing. It felt nice to connect with someone who seemed to understand me so quickly.
As the sky turned orange, Gehlee looked at me seriously. "Haram, I'm glad we became friends. I feel like I can be myself around you"
The sincerity in her voice caught me off guard. "Me too, Gehlee. I didn't expect to find a friend like you so quickly"
We shared a smile, and alam naming ito ang simula ng isang espesyal na pagkakaibigan.
Walking home later, I couldn't help but feel grateful for how the day turned out. Perhaps moving here wasn't so bad after all. With friends like Gehlee, Eli, Yunha and Others, maybe I could finally find a place where I belonged.
As I entered the house, Yeram was there, looking as if she wanted to say something. But before she could speak, I decided it was time to break the silent between us
"Hey, Yeram, gusto mo bang mag-hang out bukas? Siguro pwede tayo you know sister's bond" I offered, surprising her.
Her eyes widened, then a small smile formed on her lips. "Yeah, I'd like that"
