It was midway through the afternoon. It was a busy day at the office. There were people phoning in to enquire about their benefits, and concerns for other matters such as childcare, tax, bills, landlord issues and other day to day life stuff.

"Hi, good afternoon, this is Logistic Citizens Response, my name is Daisy, how can I help?" Daisy starts.

"Hi, good afternoon, I'm phoning up for an enquiry into the landsite development at Mango Park. The contractors who have forged the path for development of flats there, hasn't been engaged in communication for the last week. At the time of the finalisation of the agreement reached, they had promised they will deploy their employees to clear out remaining pieces of debris that  has been laying there for decades. Unfortunately, they haven't came back, and I am starting to become concerned they may have forgotten about it? It's just the longer the debris stays there, the more it poses a risk to the local area due to the nasty smell and potential pollution it creates."

"Okay, this is normally a matter where you contact the contractors. So you've said you've tried getting in touch but they haven't got back?" Daisy asked. "Yeah, I've been sending them phone calls, emails but no, not a single word back from them." the customer replied.

"Okay, now this is interesting, do you happen to have their contact details there? I may be able to use it to get through to their HR department." Daisy replied. "Hold on, I have their number written down on my diary, let me go grab it quick." the woman on the other end of the phone replied. "That's ok, take your time." Daisy spoke.

"Hang on, I've got it now. Here it is (*starts calling out the number and email*)

"Ok, thank you very much. I will follow through by sending in an email to their HR department. Can you provide me with your number please so I can give updates on the matter?" Daisy asked politely. "Sure! (*calls out her number*)

"Ooook, thank you very much for getting in touch, I appreciate your concern and I intend to have your concerns resolved to the best of my ability." Daisy answered. "Thank you very much for your help, I greatly appreciate it." the citizen replied. "No problem, enjoy the rest of your day." Daisy said. "You too! Bye bye!" the customer replied. "Bye Bye!" Daisy replied and ended the call.

"Wooo!" Daisy added quietly and took a sip of water.
