RWBY reacts to Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

Cat and Mouse

The chapter begins with Oscar and Ren running across the street as the tank comes towards them shooting its machine gun.

"Why would he bring a tank!?" Oscar yelled, exasperated.

"You kill you; what else??" Mercury answered.

"They must really want him dead." Yuma said.

Trifa rolled her eyes. "He killed a lot of Adam's men and escaped multiple times. Of course he wants him dead."

Oscar and Ren run behind a wall and take out two soldiers. The tank blows a hole in the wall nearby. "Holy crap! Ren, let's go!" Oscar yelled as they ran up a ramp and behind a fence where a door to another house is. "Ren, get that door open!"

Oscar unlocks the door as the tank shoots the fence down. He and Ren run through the house and stick to a path behind a row of buildings to avoid the tank. The path leads them back onto the street and the tank finds them.

Oscar and Ren run through an opening in a wall and take out more soldiers they come across. Then they run across the street and up some steps as the tank chases them. "How am I supposed to take a tank out!?"

"See if there's any soldiers with an RPG and take them out." Marrow suggested. "That way, you can take it out."

Oscar runs across a walkway and gets to a bridge. He tries to run onto it but stops as the tank spots him. "Oh, shit..." He said as the tank fires its big gun at the bridge. Oscar and Ren are thrown back by the explosion. They both stand and continue running down the walkway. Oscar realizes he had to find an RPG rocket launcher to destroy the tank.

They enter a house and climb a ladder to the second floor. Oscar jumps across to another building and then through a hole in the wall to the next building. Ren follows him and they leave the house to get back on the street. The tank still keeps pursuing them and they move behind a wall. Ren keeps running with Oscar behind him when suddenly, the wall breaks open and Oscar is knocked down. The tank starts going through the wall as he stands back up.

"Get up, Oscar!!" Ruby yelled, worried.

"Hurry, run!!" Jaune exclaimed, concerned,

"Oh, God... Oh, no, no, no, no!" Oscar exclaims as he runs along a narrow path behind a row of houses. Ren is nowhere to be seen. "Ren! Where the hell did he go?"

"Did he escape?" Nora asked, concerned. "I don't see him anywhere."

"He has to be somewhere." Pyrrha said, worried.

Oscar continues through the narrow alleyways, taking out the soldiers until he reaches a narrow icy ledge. He starts to move across the ledge. Suddenly, the tank rams through the fence above and sticks out over the edge of the cliff above Oscar. He grabs hold of the ledge.

"Whoa! What is he drunk!?" Oscar retorts.

"If he was, he would've fallen off that cliff, which I wouldn't mind seeing." Yang uttered.

The tank pulls back from the ledge. Oscar follows the path back to the street. The tank bursts through a wall again behind Oscar. "Are you freakin' kiddin' me?!" He yelled, irritated.

"Okay, this asshole is getting on my nerves." Coco groused.

Oscar runs from the tank and finds Ren outside a house. "Ren! There you are! Thank God!" He said, relieved as Ren replies in Tibetan.

"I don't know what you said but right now, I don't care! I'm so glad you're safe, Renny." Nora said, relieved.

Oscar and Ren head through the house and into another. Oscar climbs a ladder to the roof and finds a soldier with an RPG. He neutralizes him and takes the rocket launcher.

Harriet grinned. "Now we're packing!"

The tank pulls up near the house looking for him. He aims the launcher at it and fires. Oscar hits the tank and damages it a little. "That's what I'm talkin' about!" 

"There we go!" Elm cheered

"Bring that bastard down, Oscar!" Yang cheered.

Oscar puts the launcher on his back and jumps to another rooftop. The tank shoots at him again as he jumps down into the house and dodges the blast. He takes out the soldiers in the house and finds another rocket among them. He loads it into the RPG and shoots it at the tank from out the window. The tank starts smoking but is still mobile.

"He almost got him!" Velvet said, smirking.

"Just a little more, Oscar." Weiss said.

Oscar and Ren get onto the roof. They see another guy with an RPG on a nearby rooftop. He fires at them and they evade the shot. They hide behind a wall and flank him. Oscar shoots him down and gets on the roof. He picks up the launcher and shoots the tank again. It gets even more damaged and starts to catch fire but is still functional.

"Damn it!" Yang cursed in annoyance.

"Just go down already!" Coco growled.

Oscar jumps to another rooftop with a wire connecting it to a damaged building across the street. He spots another RPG trooper over there and runs up to the wire.

"Ren! Cover me!" Oscar said as Ren distracts the tank. Oscar zip lines across the street and lands in the building. He takes out the soldiers inside and picks up another rocket. He loads it up and aims at the tank just as it turns towards him.

"Say goodnight!" Oscar exclaimed as he shot the rocket and got a direct hit. The tank is destroyed completely. Oscar throws the RPG down and leaves the building. "Yeah!"

Half of the audience were cheering for Oscar destroying the tank.
