The Phoenix King has fallen.

The Avatar saved the world from its impending destruction and thanks to the new Fire Lord a time of peace was upon them all.

Except for one.

"Get away from me!!!" Screamed the former Fire Lord and former Princess Azula who was wrapped up in a straight jacket.

Azula was sitting in the corner of her cell looking kicking away at the people trying to close in on her.

"Azula"

Her eyes widened when he she heard the voice of her mother looking at her through the bars.

"What do you want." Azula asked as coldly as she could muster.

"What has happened to you?" Ursa asks with concern but Azula only scoffs in retort.

"Why do you care? I thought you'd be happy to see your monster of a daughter locked up where I can't hurt anyone."

"I never thought you were a monster, you're my daughter and I love you." Ursa says but Azula slams herself up against her cell.

"NO! You don't get to say that. You were afraid of me, you loved Zuko more than me so don't you dare tell me you care now."

Ursa looked down to floor in sadness and Azula turned away from her "Now leave me alone."

Azula didn't hear a door open but as she looked back she saw she was alone again.

With a tear in her eye she hit her head off the wall and let out a roar that could rival the dragons.

Azula didn't know how long it had been since she was put in this cell, but the stay had taken a toll on her physically.

He hair had become matted and dark circles around her eyes due to her trying not to sleep due to her nightmares.

Azula was facing the wall of her cell as the door opened. Azula turned her head and she was surprised to see a Kyoshi Warrior walk in.

"If you think I'm going to be an easy kill you've miscalculated."

"It's me Azula" the female warrior whipped her face free of make up and Azula only laughed.

"You joined them? Ty Lee I must say it's awfully surprising to see you become what you hate, a matching set." Azula then went back to facing the wall as Ty Lee shook her head at her former friend.

"They offered me a fresh start after everything I've done and I took it." Ty Lee said with a sense of pride that Azula couldn't understand.

"Well congratulations to you truly, hopefully you don't betray them like you did me" Azula say with a heavy dose of sarcasm but Ty Lee only looked regretful.

"I never betrayed you." Ty Lee said which Azula turned to face her.

"Gasp you're right it must have been someone else who chi blocked me at the boiling rock and you just happened to be there, oh how could I have made such a mistake, oh Ty Lee please forgive me and we go back to being friends again."

Ty Lee shook away her tears she had before facing her former friend with a scowl.

"Where we even friends Azula? Because friends don't use fear to keep people around, friends don't try to kill each other and friends don't try and manipulate each other to get their own way. I know it was you at the circus to have the net set on fire and releasing the animals all because I said no to joining your team."

"If it wasn't for me you would've lived nothing existence there."

"AND I WOULD'VE BEEN HAPPY!" Ty Lee shouted back which caught Azula off guard and made her look to the floor with shame "I always thought of you as a special person to me Azula but forcing me to come along with you to hunt Angg and trying to kill Mai was something that I couldn't let happen."
