13.) Asmodeus & This Little Flame

   I looked down at my outfit. I did not look like I needed to be here.

"I need to go change," I said walking to the door. Niffty stopped me handing me a bad.

"Slip this on please!" I gave her head a soft pat before rushing to my room to change. I unzipped the bag to reveal a (f/c) diamond dress. Underneath it was a crown, earrings, and a necklace to match. There also was a note,

Happy Birthday my little Flame. Froggy and I both have missed you. We hope you enjoy your "Earthly" birthday.

I smiled of course this was from Ozzie. I loved how the joke was it was my Earthly birthday just like they did with Jesus. I didn't celebrate my birthday when I was born in Hell since mom left. So I just used the one from Earth. It wasn't far from my birthday down here. I slipped the dress on, the diamonds better not be real I thought to myself. Knowing Ozzie he made sure they were. My only hope was Fizz made sure to change his mind.
I fixed my makeup and put the jewelry on. I slipped on my heart-shaped diamond ring to match. Then I fixed my hair setting the crown on top. I looked like a princess, I didn't put shoes on I hated shoes. I walked back to the ballroom to hear music and laugh. I opened the door and all the eyes landed on me. I blushed looking down slightly.

"You look beautiful my little flame," Ozzie said walking up to me and taking my hand. He led me to the dance floor and bowed. I curtsied and we started to dance, the music didn't match the dance but I laughed with Ozzie. Finally, the dance was over and Angel walked over to me.

"You look amazing baby" I smiled and kissed him softly. We danced for a while the world felt like it was just us. I loved this feeling, finally, Dad walked up and asked for a dance. Angel handed me off to my Dad, I smiled up at him.

"Happy Birthday my little dove. Did you enjoy your surprise? Asmodeus has missed you, he called me to ask about your birthday. He's gonna be staying here for a few days to spend time with his nieces." My grin widened and I was so fucking happy to see my favorite Uncle. I hugged Dad tightly as he kissed my head. He made me stand on his feet while he led the dance. He danced to the slow beat as the music changed songs I felt like a little girl again

"Charlie," Dad said holding out his arm. She walked over and we wrapped our arms around each other. I loved my family, we haven't been this close in years.

"This is amazing, thank everyone for this." I looked around the room at smiling faces, and people eating and drinking.

"You did this for everyone. You bring the good out in everyone. You sacrificed yourself for other people." Charlie said, pulling me closer and kissing my cheek.

"Plus you're the best sister ever!" We all giggled. The song ended and I went over to grab some food. Alastor stood next to me with his smile,

"May I have the next dance little fawn?" I nodded as I took a bite of a sandwich. I never understood why they always called me little in front of the nicknames. Maybe it was because I was short, I didn't mind it though.
I walked over and sat down at a table with my food and wine. All the food tasted amazing, my body felt better after crying. Husk walked over and sat next to me,

"Ya know, I never really like anyone but I couldn't ask for better drinking buddies"

"I'm glad to be a part of them. Even though you can't stand the blender" I giggled as he gave me the finger. Husk gave me a side hug before walking back over to Angel. Niffty was running around talking to everyone. She had taken to Fizz, which didn't shock me. Wait,

"Fizz?" I asked softly, he strolled over sitting on the table.

"Yes, Birthday Girl?"

"Please don't get upset at me. H-how's Blitzø? I haven't got to talk to Loona in a long time. I've been kinda antisocial." Fizz scratched his head and chuckled nervously.
