There's multiple color of lilies, one of the popular one is the white lily and the most forgotten one is black lily. This story is a not so wholesome story. Why? Well you will find out

The people in this town called Bunga Cempaka were suffering from lack of water, foods, animals and nature things like tree and flowers. People keep dying because of the lack of nutrition. That is until the God answers their prayers

The goddess Hatsune listen their suffering and prayers and land her feet to the dry ground of the town. When she make contact with the ground her surrounding turn into a beautiful nature of white and black lilies

The people in town were in great debt to her and so they ask what they should repay with, The God Hatsune herself replied picking up one white lily and one black lily

"I want you all to take care of these field of black and white lilies for me" The people oblige not knowing why "these lilies are special to your future children someday that will take care of this town"

And so the people in town still oblige to the word of the goddess. That is until a baby was born with glowing white lilies beside her. White lily symbolized rebirth and purity, even though it's sometimes used for funerals and weddings the people in town believes that it represents luck

The Hatsune herself come back to the ground below to explain that every babies that born with lilies around them means they're the chosen lily by the goddess Luka herself

The parents of the baby celebrate and happily named the baby 'Yoisaki Kanade'

But before her, there's a baby that born with black lilies surrounding her,  black lily can represent the unknown, the hidden depths of the soul, and the enigmatic aspects of life.

Because of the color people thought that it represent bad luck. And so, every black lilies is despised by the people in town

Even so the mother of the black lily girl wanted her daughter to be perfect, so she named her 'Asahina Mafuyu'
