Diana

                                     I loved this kitchen.

He opens the front door for me and my jaw dropped. I had to blink multiple times and pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. "Sweet mother of god this place is beautiful." He smiles at me as he carrys me inside.

I instantly smell food. I then realize that I haven't eaten food in, 36 hours. Fuck, I'm hungry now. "What is that smell?" That is seriously the best smell I have ever smelt in my godamn life. "Abby is probably making something in the kitchen, why, are you hungry?" Is that his chef? "Super hungry"

He lead me to the kitchen and I almost had a heart attack it was so pretty. Another thing that was pretty, was the girl cooking on the stove. She looked like a runway model. Her eyes were the most beautiful shade of blue I have ever seen. She was the type of girl you saw and immediately wanted to be friends with.

He put me down and looked at me worriedly, asking with his eyes if I was okay standing up. I nodded at him to say I was good. I was a bit more cold now, but that was fine.

I didn't get to ask richy who the girl was, because the girl looked over at him and started to run to him. She bear hugged richy and he smiled at her as he held her and said, "Hey, Abs." Oh, shit. Abs, im guessing that was short for Abby, was richy's girlfriend! Or even his wife.

Well, shit. This is embarrassing. This must look very bad to Abby. I mean, your boyfriend bridal carrying home some random girl. I suddenly get the urge to flee.

Abby suddenly turns to me and smiles. It might be the most beautiful smile I've seen in a while. "Hi, my name's Abby, I'm Bryce's sister. What's your name?" Well fuck. I don't even know who the fuck Bryce is. Maybe he's richy's best friend that lives here?

"Um, Diana." Her whole attitude is so sweet and caring. I could just tell she would be such good friend. Friend! Best friend! My best friend, oh fuck, I've been so wrapped up in well, whatever happened yesterday, I forgot to call Liana.

I turn to richy, "Can I have your phone real quick? I have to call someone." He raises an eyebrow, but he unlocks his phone and hands it to me. I smile at him. "Thanks." I walk into the other room until I can't hear anyone else. I'm not even sure what room it is, but you could tell it belonged to someone very rich.

I call Liana's number until she picks up. "Who the fuck is this, and why have you called me 4 times?" Jesus.

"Liana, it's me, Diana. I'm calling from someone else's phone. I just wanted to tell you what happened to m-"

"Diana Adelaide Berkshire. Unless you got shot or almost died, than you have absolutely no excuse to not calling me or even sending me a text."

She never uses my full name unless she's fuming mad. "Actually, I did get shot on the plane I was flying on. And why I didn't call you, is because I don't know where my phone is."

"Shot? Oh my God, are you okay?" That doesn't sound like her. I've known her for 5 years so I know what sounds like her and that wasn't it. She sounded fake. I don't know how to explain it though.

"Yeah, some guy saved my life once I blacked out from the pain. He's apparently rich because he brought me to his mansion! Seriously who brings some girl you saved to your mansion. Don't rich people have better things to do?"

"What did he look like, Diana?" She kind of sounded like she was interrogating me.

"Um, number one, he's literally the hottest guy on planet earth. Anyways, he has raven black hair, I love that hair. His jawline is so sharp, you'd think if you touched it, you would get cut.

He also looks like he goes to the gym everyday and eats nothing but protein powder. Oh, I also met the sweetest girl ever. She is so pretty. Why?"

"No reason. Listen, where are you right now. Like, what's your location?" I laughed her.

"Liana, don't worry, its not like he's going to kill me or something, he literally saved my life. Besides, I don't even know where I am." She was kind of scaring me.

"Diana, I want you back home now! You shouldn't be in random peoples houses!" She did have a good point there. But she normally never questions my intuition about people.

"Listen Liana, I'll call you back later, right now. I have to have a talk with someone."

I hang up on her. That was the first time in our friendship that I did that, but I didn't care. If she wanted to be an overprotective friend, then so be it. But I don't want a friend that questions my every move. Or acts like she is interrogating me.

I take a deep breath and head into the kitchen.
