Kaya woke up to a sweltering room, and beads of sweat trickled down her forehead. She realized she had forgotten to take off her cloak the previous night. Despite the heat, she had hesitated to remove it for fear of sending the wrong message to the males in the room. She had been allowed to sleep on the bed while they slept on the floor of the shielded tree house. She knew that men, whether mortal or immortal, were unpredictable creatures. She finally gave in to the oppressive heat and removed the heavy cloak, relieved as the cool air hit her skin.

Her long, wavy white hair was in disarray, springing wildly in all directions. Kaya ran her fingers through the fluffy mess and meticulously braided it on one side. She was grateful to her maid, Liana, who had insisted that she wear the thick cotton fabric, foreseeing that she would travel through ice and snow. As she looked around the room, she realized she was far from home, and sadness filled her heart.

Kaya's heart ached with the absence of her mother's love and companionship, which she had grown accustomed to. She longed for Liana's persistent nagging and corrective guidance, as it had always been a source of comfort for her. But most of all, Kaya missed Seokjin. She yearned to feel his touch, breathe in his fresh cotton scent, and have a heart-to-heart conversation. Despite the intense longing in her heart, she knew that sacrificing her desires was necessary to find a way to save the people she loved.

As Kaya pushed the door to the bathroom, she was welcomed by a thick cloud of white steam that made her feel as if she had stepped into a sauna. The three male in the room, Jungkook, Jimin, and Taehyung , were standing almost naked, their muscular bodies glistening in the steamy atmosphere. Kaya was momentarily stunned by the sight, and her gaze was fixed on their well-sculpted physiques, which were only partially covered by a small towel wrapped around their private parts.

Jungkook and Jimin continued brushing their teeth, they appeared unfazed by the priestess's sudden entrance. Both male had well-defined arms that were adorned with intricate tattoos. Jungkook's black hair was styled elegantly, framing his sharp and chiseled face, while Jimin's golden-brown hair was tied up in a bun, emphasizing his striking features and revealing his pierced ears, fae ears. Jimin was a fae male.

Taehyung, on the other hand, caught Kaya's attention the most. He was still wearing the massive chains around his wrists. His silver-white hair was an unusual sight, and Kaya had never met anyone with a hair color so close to hers, except from older people. His ears were pierced from his lobe to the tip and they were also pointed but different from Jimin's fae ears. The tattoos that covered his body were a work of art, with intricate designs and patterns that covered almost every inch of his upper body, leaving only a few areas of his natural skin tone visible.

Despite the initial shock, Kaya couldn't help but appreciate the beauty of the three males before her.  The steam that enveloped them added an air of mystique to the scene, making it all the more alluring. And that's when she closed the door before her to give them privacy.

Kook threw the question into the room, not particularly to anyone, his eyes wide with disbelief. "Did I just see that right?"

"The white hair?" responded Jimin, his voice equally incredulous. "Yes, I saw that too." Jimin then shifted his attention to Taehyung , who was putting on his brown leather armor. "The scent from that night was her scent," he added, his tone mocking towards Tae. The room fell silent momentarily as they all processed what they had just witnessed, their minds racing with questions and possibilities.

Tae's voice was barely audible as he muttered, "Let's finish this mission. We are in no position to ask questions!" Despite the tension in the air, Tae's eyes remained confident as he looked at his companions, Jimin and Jungkook. The three of them had been inseparable for a century, and their bond was unbreakable. Tae knew that he could always count on his friends, and he would never do anything to put their lives in danger.
