At Hydra's new secret headquarters, Ophelia Sarkissian, otherwise known as Madame Hydra, Stepped out of the back seat of her G-wagon and entered the building. Immediately, her green coat was removed from her body by one of her agents and replaced with a white lab coat. She took a left turn down a hallway where a pair of safety glasses were placed in her palm. She put them on her face as she entered a viewing room that stood above a testing facility, giving her a good view of everything that was going on.

"How much did we get," Ophelia asked her trusted head scientist as a large machine down in the testing facility charged up and shot out a blue blast of energy.

"Not nearly as much as we had hoped, we've only got enough for 1 shield and a few doses of the serum," The head scientist named Dr Mehta replied.

"This isn't good," Ophelia said, sending a cold shiver down the doctor's spine.

"No matter," Ophelia said, releasing a sigh and confusing Dr Mehta.

"Get me on the phone with Tyler Hayward, he owes me a favour," Ophelia ordered, cracking the knuckles on her right hand

"Of course," Dr Mehta replied, tapping a few buttons on her tablet.

"How's the suit coming?" Ophelia questioned as she watched the same machine in the testing facility shoot another blast of blue energy

"It's almost complete, Mason put the power source in this morning," The doctor replied, leading Madame Hydra through a door and into a different section of the room, where a sleek black and blue suit of armour was stationed in the corner.

"That's as close as you could get it?" Ophelia asked, a little disappointed.

"Yes, but we added a sort of cloaking," The doctor replied and tapped at her tablet. The suit powered up with blue light glowing in the chest centre, the arms and the leg. The suit then started glitching and its image shifted to that of a new hero. Surge.

"Nano reflective panels," The doctor replied, extremely proud of her and her teams craftsmanship.

"Very nice," Ophelia replied, also impressed.

"Is Dimitri ready?" Madame Hydra added

"Yeah, he's done studying the intel you gave him on Daniel," Dr Mehta replied, deactivating the armour

"Good, everything's going exactly to plan," Ophelia smirked as she twisted a gold ring on her right middle finger.
