It was a normal day at La Guele De Saturne....people were coming to the bistro.....Vince was standing there waiting for the new employee....who applied for the waiter's job....
Rody came storming in the bistro...he knew he was late on the first day....he could see a person....which he probably thought was his boss.... standing there....he came near to him....
"Oh wow...you really showed up for training" Vince says sarcastically
"And on time too" Rody says panting
"Barely" Vince says still in a cold sarcastic manner
"This is a highly sought after position....be grateful that you are being told on how to do your job properly...."
"Your resume shows many....many jobs in the service so I assume you already have some of this down..."
"Though I am choosing to ignore the rate at which you got new positions-" Vince continues saying to Rody
"Hey! Having 28 jobs in course of seven years is pretty impressive if you think about it" Rody says in a defending tone
"Even less impressive when you think about it for five seconds..." Vince says in a cold tone...
Vince explained Rody on how to do his job.... properly.....
"Table for two please" one customer comes up
"Yes ma'am...this way please" Rody says smiling in a very pleasant tone
He continues to do his job....and he did his job.... decently..... considering it was his first day....Vince watches him far apart....as he looks how Rody was doing his job....he was slightly amazed....
"I guess he is doing good in his job....he kinda does look....cute.....what am I thinking.....ugh....I should just go and smoke...." Vince thinks to himself....he takes out a cigarette and starts smoking outside....he just wanted his thoughts to go away.....but deep inside he somewhat felt something....
Time skip
It was closing time soon....the customers and the chefs were leaving and soon the bistro was empty....except for two....
"You did great.... considering it was your first day..." Vince comes up and says to Rody....he was holding something in his hands
Rody was cleaning at that time when Vince came up to him....
"Oh....thanks....I will try and give my best on doing this job"
"Here take this leftovers" Vince says as he hands Rody the leftovers which was green onion rolls....
Rody took the leftovers and thanked Vince as he left the bistro.....with his bicycle....
End of the first day of shift
