'It has been 3 years, nii-san.' Itachi remembered sadly to himself.
Today was the day he was ordered to place metal against skin to his clan. Yet, Itachi couldn't endure breaking his sister's last wish a when he saw her final moments, and the thought of killing his precious little brother was unbearable.

With Nozomi
"So.... There is going to be a new member?." Nozomi had asked the older blue haired woman.
"Yes, he will be meeting with us shortly," Konan answered the girl.
"Hey.. Konan-Sama?" Nozomi started.
"Yes, what is it?" Konan motioned for her to continue.
"I used to have a friend, he looked almost like your gender bend.. but my age.." Nozomi remarked while squinting her eyes.
"I had a little brother, his name was Akihito.. I haven't seen him in years ever since he was adopted into a Konoha family." Konan replied sadly, looking up with a longing expression.
"Oh.. That's interesting.. I hope you guys can reunite.." Nozomi said softly, passing it off as a coincidence. (Not so bright.. 😒🤨)
They had moment of silence until the younger girl looked at her superior.
"Hmm, do you know the new memeber's name?" The raven haired girl asked curiously.
"I believe it was... Itachi?.. Hey I think you guys came from the same clan!" Konan replied thoughtfully.
These words shook Nozomi, her precious little brother?... He had become a member of S-rank criminals? What did he do.
"Itachi Uchiha has joined our organization," Pain announced.
"Greetings, I am Itachi Uchiha." He appeared, revealing himself to Nozomi.
Then, Itachi and Nozomi shared a long stare into each other's eyes. None of them blinking.
"Nii-san?..." Itachi muttered, of course this wasn't real. His sister had been alive all this time.
"Otouto.." Nozomi stared.
(Bro Pain and Konan in the background: 👁️👄👁️)
"We thought.. we thought you died.." Itachi started, tears welling up.
"I was always watching over you guys. Now tell me, what have you done to join such an organization?" Nozomi interrogated, pulling her brother into a big hug.
"I-I-I killed our clan, nii-san! I spared our little brother, but I can't live with the guilt. Once he is strong enough, I'll let him kill me.." Itachi answered darkly, his tears had began falling.
"I'm so, so, so, very sorry. I didn't protect you and Sasuke like I vowed. Forgive me, little brother." Nozomi teared up as well.

Illness
