A swirl began in the room as if a miniaturized twister had appeared. Fred lay on your bed, his right arm wrapped behind your neck while you lay down scrolling through movie options on your phone. Your glasses were off the small screen pushed closely to your skull. The light seemed to enter as you scrolled by "Pirates and The Caribbean" in "Disney Plus." The glasses were on your head and tucked tightly behind your ears, acting as a headband. It lets your hair hang loosely behind them while you concentrate on the screen before you.
"We are not watching that." You muttered.
"Talking to yourself?" he snickered in your ear.
Fred heard a wind-like sound and looked up at the noise filling the room. He locked eyes with the school's headmaster. He stood at the foot of the bed, staring at you and Fred.
"(N/n)"
Fred used his right hand to tap your shoulder.
"We're not watching Spiderman again. We did the whole marathon last night. Plus, you don't pay attention to the movie. You just stare at Tom Holland like he is a new broomstick."
A cough from the headmaster filled the room. You still didn't raise your head. All that was heard through the now silent room was your mutters to yourself. Dumbledore humored your ignorance for a moment until his voice boomed.
"Ms.(L/n), I must say you're one hell of a guard dog."
You jumped slightly at the new voice. Placing your glasses on to see if your ears had fooled you
"Sir!"
He chuckled softly at your quick movement as Fred recovered his arm which was now suffering from whiplash. That quick movement was all a blur, you hadn't realized how roughly Fred's arm was thrown along with the sheets. Your phone was now on the floor near the old water bottle from last night that Fred chugged.
"Ms. (L/n), I hate to interrupt your," he looked at Fred who had a smug face, "movie marathon. I need you a company me for a brisk walk."
Fred's face had a questionable look for a moment; he soon realized that Dumbledore would be telling you secret information that would soon be passed to him and George.
"Of course, sir."
You grabbed your wand from the table. As you and Dumbledore apparated, a smiley voice echoed behind you.
"Bye, (L/n)!"
"Asshole." you muttered
You apparated with Dumbledore and thankfully did not lose a limb. Both appearing by a beautiful ocean view on a restaurant's balcony. A sign with a sun plastered on it read "La Locanda Del Postino." You knew you both were no longer in the Wizarding World. While looking at the view, it brought back some childhood memories. The smell of the salt that filled the damp air reminded you of home.
Until it hit you. We apparated. From school grounds? Thats impossible! As Dumbledore looked around to ensure you were alone, you quickly questioned how you got here.
"How did we just Apparate from the castle?"
Dumbledore stared through the closed restaurant windows, holding his hand up to them hoping to see inside.
"Magic, Ms. (L/n). Magic."
He said in an attempt to ignore the daunting subject that would get in the way of the pressing matter. He stepped away from the glass and towards you. His face was barely visible because of the antique street lights lighting up the path. They were harshly cut black poles with intricate designs that looked almost as if they were handmade.
