Lucas ran his car, driving back to his dorm to get ready. He didn't know what to wear, so he just asked Will. He thought he had some good fashion style taste from what he picked Lucas out. Now, he was ready to go. But not the time.

5:15, 5:20, 5:54, no sign of Max. Lucas was upset, and disappointed in himself, why would a girl like her, be with a guy like him? Lucas was walking back to his car, until he heard a yell, across the street. " Lucas! " Max yelled.
Lucas immediately flinched, and looked behind him. He saw Max, and the same smile that was on her face, pasted onto his face. Lucas was walking over to Max, almost died on the way, with a speeding car driving past him.

" Shit, you okay? " Max asked, and Lucas obviously replied with an ' I'm fine ', scared tone. The two of them went to the park side, after Lucas got some bread out of his car. It took them a while to go to the lake with the bridge over it, but still was a beautiful sight while it being 6:13.

The light post lit up with a beautiful orange tone, making Max shine even more. Lucas let max grab her own bread out of his bag, and began feeding the cute ducks.

" How long have you been waiting for me?"

" A while, I wanted to tell you something while having a good time. "

Max looked over at Lucas.

" Which is? " She asked.

" This. " Lucas said. He turned over, grabbing Max's face softly. He kissed her, just a light peck to not weird her out. He pulled away, looking at Max in her eyes. Max broke the contact, with kissing Lucas back. Not a small peck like how Lucas did, but a full one. Midway, there was rustling in the bushes..?

They both broke the kiss, by turning around and seeing why the bushes were rustling. " Dude! " Lucas said.

Mike, El, and Dustin were in the bushes, spying on them.

" Dustin, maybe if you didn't have a big ass head, maybe we could've saw more! "

Mike said.

" Fuck you, Mr Cinspanish! "

Max broke out laughing, and El was too. Max and El saw Lucas arguing with Mike and Dustin, making the night even better.

" Lucas, come with me. Alone. " Max said. Lucas followed her away from the others. " How long have you liked me?"

Lucas hesitated.

The sentence finally came out of his mouth.

" I've liked you from the start. "

Max was shocked, and smiled afterwards.

" I did too. "

They both held hands, walking back to the others. " 3 of you, come on. We're taking a walk. " Max said. " We are? " Lucas questioned. " Let's make it the best. " Max replied to Lucas. The 6 of them started walking, seeing the beautiful lake across of them, have lanterns, lighting everywhere up. A beautiful sight, just like the both of them, Lucas and Max.

All of them strolled down, but of course Mike whined saying that his feet hurt. They all walked back to their cars, driving to Wills place to have some fun. They watched movies, ate hot dogs, brownies, cookie dough, ( Only Mike devoured that cookie dough. ).

" Can we go out. " Mike asked Will in the closet. The party were playing 7 minutes in heaven, and Mike and Will had to go in together. " Mike, we already are dating. " Will kissed Mike, laughing at his stupidity. After 8 minutes were over, Mike yelled at Dustin for the extra minute. " Don't be mad at me, you probably begged for that extra minute. " " Yeah, I probably did to the point you're begging for my fist to collide with your face. " They both went back and fourth, having the 6 of them enjoying the time together.

" Sleepover, I want to have a sleepover. " El stated. " Yeah, don't have to repeat yourself twice, freak. " Mike said to El. Obviously he was joking, but maybe El didn't see that. For the seventh time that night, another argument happened, starting with Mike. He should start his own arguing show, from all the hate he can get with a single sentence. " Wow, okay, slander the best person here! I see how it is! " Mike whined. " Just because it's pride month doesn't mean you have to be such a bitch as always, dickhead. " Max laughed. " Fuck you too! "

The rest of the night was arguments, food, laughing, movies, kissing, and prank calling. The night Max and Lucas just wanted.

Before the night ends, Max said something to her beloved.

" I love you, stalker. " Max said, burying her head into his shoulder.

" I love you more, MadMax. "
Lucas and Max found that nickname funny, since she was always mad for either a reason, or for fun.

" Oh my god, shut up! " Mike yelled.
