Serenity's heart took a massive hit after that encounter with Leona. She couldn't help but feel humiliated at how she was dismissed. It reminded her of a past that she tried so hard to forget but with just his cold glare and even colder words, it brought back her memories of when she was just a young goddess still under the watchful eyes of none other than her old Mentor Nyx. The downward glare HE would give her, how he disregarded her as nothing but a pest, and how he would insult her kind mother every time he got. Those hateful memories were flowing in like a river, she could remember his hateful scarlet eyes with the golden helmet he would always wear. She even asked Nyx why that MAN hated her so much and all she got in return was a look of indifference.

"Even now I'm seen as lesser than."

Serenity whispered to herself, her shaking hand clenching the hem of her dress and her face still flushed. She thought she was used to it but no one can withstand being hated over things they don't understand. Crowley saw how down the young girl was, he couldn't help but sigh. What a mess this was, she was a girl with low self-esteem and for her to agree to meet all the Housewarden must have taken everything she had inside of her to do so. But he must keep going, he has to show her that this school is worth attending. He has to make her stay just like the Dark Mirror instructed him to do so. But looking at the poor state of the girl he couldn't help but pity her.

"Would you like to see if your monster friend needs any help?"

Serenity perked up at the mention of Grim.

"Yes, let's see how Grim is holding up."

Crowley could have sworn he saw pops of glitter glisten within her eyes. He started to lead her to the main yard of the school, when reaching the statues of the Seven all he saw was a large crowd forming, and within the crowd, he could hear yelling and sense a surge of magic. He quickened his pace to the middle of the crowd and Serenity was trying to keep up with his quickened steps. It was nothing but chaos, blue flames were burning the lush green grass but all Serenity could see was the statue of a woman holding what looked like a rose in her hand now burnt from the blue fire. She knew who these blue flames belonged to and turning her head, she was a shocked Grim and a shocked young man with reddish-orange hair and a heart painted on the right side of his face.

"What is going on here?! Cease this at once!!"

Serenity flinched at the sudden shout. But she wasn't the only one that flinched.

"Oh no, the headmaster."

The gingered-haired boy grimaced at the sight of Crowley, and so did Grim.

"No more lashing of love! I gotta get out of here."

Serenity couldn't help but sigh at Grim's actions, Crowley proceeded to whip both Grim and the boy. Both males yelled in pain, Serenity winced at the sound of the whip hitting both of them.

"As if the likes of you could ever flee from me."

Crowley gave an exasperated sigh.

"Didn't I not warn you about causing more incidents, young monster? And now you've charred one of my statues?! It's almost as though you WANT to be expelled and after all the trouble Miss Serenity went through to keep you here."

"No! Forgive me."

The unknown boy begged with Grim hidden behind him. Crowley turned to Serenity.

"Serenity I know you want Grim to attend along with you but with the trouble he's caused I don't think it's possible."

"Ah."

Serenity was surprised at the statement he gave her, if Grim leaves then who would keep her company in this new world?"
