Harry
For the past two days, I've been back at my own house, trying to maintain some semblance of normalcy amidst the chaos of Louis's disappearance. Today, however, brought an unexpected twist in the form of a letter that arrived in the mail addressed to me. As I retrieved it from the mailbox, I couldn't help but notice the strange and unfamiliar handwriting adorning the envelope. It sent a shiver down my spine, awakening a sense of apprehension within me.
I carefully slide the letter out of the envelope, my heart pounding with a mix of anxiety and curiosity. The words on the page seem to dance before my eyes, each line carrying a weight of its own.
"Hello Harry,
How are you? Feeling empty without the guy whom you adore so much? I thought so. You know, if you want Louis back, you have to be with Lottie for real. Louis doesn't need to know about it ;)"
The sinister implications of the message send a chill down my spine, leaving me feeling both unsettled and disturbed. Who could have sent such a cryptic and threatening letter? And what did they mean by suggesting that I should pursue a relationship with Lottie to bring Louis back?
As I stare at the words scrawled on the paper, a sense of foreboding settles over me, signalling that this letter is just the beginning of something much more sinister.
Feeling a mixture of apprehension and determination, I quickly fold the letter and slip it back into the envelope, tucking it into the pocket of my jeans. My mind races with questions, but one thing is clear: I need to find out who sent this letter and why.
First, I decide to confide in Gemma. She may have some insight or be able to offer guidance on how to manage the situation. With a sense of urgency, I make my way to her room and knock softly on the door.
"Gemma, can I talk to you for a moment?" I ask, my voice tinged with urgency.
When she opens the door, I can see the concern in her eyes as she notices the seriousness of my expression. Without hesitation, I step inside and close the door behind me.
"Gemma, I received this letter today," I say, handing her the envelope. "It's... troubling. I don't know who sent it or what they want, but it seems to be connected to Louis."
Gemma's brow furrows as she reads the contents of the letter, her expression growing increasingly concerned. After a moment, she looks up at me, her eyes filled with determination.
"We need to figure out who sent this and why," she says firmly.
"Gemma, what should I do?" I ask, feeling overwhelmed by the implications of the letter. "I can't just pretend to be in a relationship with Lottie when I'm in love with Louis. But if this person has information about Louis's whereabouts, I can't ignore it either."
Gemma listens attentively, her expression thoughtful. "We need to be careful, Harry," she says finally. "Whoever sent this letter clearly knows about your feelings for Louis and is trying to manipulate you. We can't trust them blindly."
I nod, understanding the gravity of the situation. "But how do we find out who sent it?" I ask, feeling a sense of urgency to uncover the truth.
"We'll need to investigate," Gemma replies, her eyes glinting with determination. "We can start by analysing the handwriting and any other clues in the letter. We'll also need to consider who might have a motive to send it."
As Gemma outlines our plan, I feel a sense of relief knowing that I'm not facing this alone. With her by my side, I know we'll uncover the truth and find a way to bring Louis home, no matter what challenges lie ahead.
