November 1973 began. Sirius, who had recently decided to find a girlfriend, started working on it. For several weeks, the boy had been spending his free time hitting on girls. His friends, surprised by the sudden interest in the opposite sex, tried to ignore their friend's strange behavior. James thought it was temporary and soon Sirius would forget about getting the girlfriend.

Meanwhile Sirius, despite his young age, turned out to be quite popular among girls. For many of them, the attraction was his noble origin, for others - the fact that the boy was quite handsome for a 14-year-old. The boy seemed happy - he didn't have to do much to interest the girl. There was only one problem - until the end of the year, Sirius couldn't go to Hogsemade, which was the most popular dating place at Hogwarts. When Sirius finally confided his problemto his friends, James laughed.

„I don't see the problem here. You can go to Hogsemade."

„I can't, Jamie. McGonagall told me not to, and I don't want to have any more problems with that woman. She's kinda scary when she's mad. Besides, a few more weeks and I'll finally be able to go there."

„Well, I'm telling you, you can go even this weekend." James explained.

„James, I'm afraid you don't understand me."

„No, it's you who don't understand. You're an idiot, I guess. A complete idiot! Remember the invisibility cloak? Rings a bell?" James looked at his friend with a smile.

„Oh Merlin, I completely forgot about it!" Sirius screamed when he realized what Potter was implying.

„Why didn't you tell me earlier?! Why didn't you take me to Hogsmeade earlier?! What kind of friends are you?!" Sirius looked at his friends with disappointment. James laughed, Remus chuckled and Peter smiled apologetically.

„Remus said that you deserved to be punished. Well, I think he was right. And then we decided to wait until you asked us for help. But you were so busy with the girls that you probably forgot that I had an invisibility cloak. That's so lame, pal. But since you're already in desperation, as your best friend, I will be happy to help you." James explained and Sirius smiled at his best friend.

„Thanks mate."

The weekend came and the students could go to Hogsmeade. It was Sirius Black's first time and his visit was a secret. Only his friends and Suzy Warwick, his date, knew that the boy would visit the village. Once in the village, Sirius left his friends and quickly went to meet Suzy. The girl had blue eyes and shoulder-length dark blonde hair.  She was a third-year Hufflepuff student, considered as friendly and pretty girl. When she spotted the boy, Warwick smiled broadly.

„Hi!"

„Hello!" Sirius greeted Suzy. He looked around and then he quickly grabbed girl's hand.

„Do you remember that we have to hide a bit? I'm sorry about that. So you can't count on such a great date today. Do you still agree?" Sirius asked the girl who nodded.

„Great!" Sirius was sincerely happy with girl's response.

Meanwhile, Stella and Lily also visited the village. The girls went to Zonko's Joke Shop, but decided not to buy anything. They decided to go somewhere else. At Gladrags Wizardwear, Lily decided to buy her dad some screaming socks.

„They probably won't scream anyway, but maybe dad will like them." Lily stated and Stella giggled.

„Or maybe it turns out that your dad doesn't change his socks, then he'll be surprised. A sock that screams when it starts to stink, ha ha! I think I'll get one for my dad too."

„Does your dad like magic stuff?" Lily asked.

„Oh... You know, I think he doesn't. I mean, he's aware of existence of magic, but he still pretends that his wife and daughter are normal." Stella said ironically.
