Just another day in my life and I'm currently at work and I'm working on someone's '93 R32 Nissan Skyline and one of my work friends called Angie comes up to me and asks me if I needed any help as she had finished working on an '02 Mazda RX-7.

Angie

Angie: hey Jake, I'm done with the car I was working on so I thought I'd ask if you want any help ?

Angie: hey Jake, I'm done with the car I was working on so I thought I'd ask if you want any help ?

Jakob: umm.... Okay, thanks Ange.

Angie grabbed a wrench and she immediately took to helping me fix up the Skyline, I know that she does want to help but part of me thinks that she wanted to help just so she could work on the Skyline because it is one of her favourite cars ever, I wouldn't blame her.

As we were working on the skyline together, I feel Angie looking at me every so often.

Jakob: what ?

Angie: how can you tell that I'm looking at you ? You're not even facing my way at all.

Jakob: I've known you long enough.

Angie: (giggles) true, we have known each other for quite sometime haven't we ?

Angie has been my best friend ever since we met in high school.
She has been there for me whenever I needed her, she is the only one I trust as much as my older brother who had to look after me until I was old enough to live on my own.
And much like myself, she likes music, video games, cars and movies.

One fond high school memory i always have of my friendship with her is instead of going to prom, we both hung out at her place and we played video games until the early hours and we fell asleep where we were sat on her bedroom floor in a blanket fort.

Back to current times, we were talking and Angie brings up a subject around a situation with my ex girlfriend, Vanessa.

Angie: so Jake, have you run into that skanky ass ex of yours ?

Jakob: who ? Vanessa ?

Angie: oh please, that turd sandwich doesn't deserve to be referred to by her birth name, just refer to her as what she is... a psycho.

Jakob: can we please just not talk about her ?

Angie: yeah okay... sorry Jake.

Jakob: it's fine.

Angie hates my ex with good reason because she was one of nastiest people ever, I was absolutely miserable inside and out when I was with her, maybe I'll explain more at a later time but for now let's just say that hope that I never see her again.

Anyway, as our shift carries on, we get checked on by Markus who owns the place.
