After the fight against the Upper Moon Six Siblings, Izuku, Nezuko and Ochako were walking down the hallway after training in the courtyard. While chatting, they heard something shattered in Tanjiro's medical room. They headed into the infirmary to see Kanao with a shocked expression. That's when noticed Tanjiro was awake after the fight in the entertainment district. They rush to his side.
Nezuko: Are you okay, Tanjiro?
Kanao: You've been out for two months, ever since your last battle
Tanjiro: Really? Two months? I see.

Kanao: *🥹* Thank goodness. We were so worried.
Kanao then hugs him as tears roll down her eyes. As she cried on his shirt, Tanjiro slowly patted her head. Izuku runs out of the room to Rokuta and others. Ochako cleans up the broken vase with Nezuko's help.
Tanjiro: I'm sorry for making you guys worry about me.
Ochako: It's okay, Tanjiro. We're just glad that you are okay.
Kanao: When Nezuko and Izuku told me that you got poison, I was shocked in horror.
Tanjiro: Well I would have been if not for Eri.
Ochako: It was a miracle that she followed you all. Eri was extremely worried.
Tanjiro: Is that right? Well, I'll have to thank her later when she arrives.
Later, Izuku came back with Rokuta, Mamaru, Eri, and the Butterfly girls. Rokuta hugged his older brother as the Butterfly girls were crying that Tanjiro is alive. Aoi rushed into the room with a sheet on top of her making the girls think she was a ghost until she removed it.
Aoi: I was worried you were never going to wake up. And I felt bad after you three left!
Tanjiro: It's fine, really. What about the others? Are they all okay?
Izuku: Zenitsu and his friends went out on their mission after they recovered from the battle.
