Today had some pretty nasty ex drama. We had rehearsal today and B was sitting by himself for the beginning chunk of it. I was there with him and he then asked if he could talk to me about something. I said yeah and scooted over. He told me about how Cough had told him that his ex was spreading rumors about him to all of their mutual freshman friends. For some context, him and his ex dated when he was in 7th grade and she was in 8th grade. Another thing to note is that his ex is coming in during some of the rehearsals to train the dancers. Apparently they hate her.
The specific rumors she is spreading about him are things that B and I talked in depth about months ago and, based on those discussions, are being taken out of context. I understand that both of them played troublesome roles in the relationship and that there's probably different perspectives, but I still believe it's a misunderstanding. She's saying he coerced her into s3x, stªlked her, and didn't let her leave the relationship. All of these were addressed to me back in December and they're just now getting brought up again.
Starting off with the s3x, neither of them were ready for s3x. I firmly believe that they shouldn't have been smashing under any circumstances but that isn't really the point. They did it for the first time about a week into their 4-month long relationship because she wanted it. The specific instance she's referring to, I think, is when they did it in some kind of woodland area and he didn't know what was going on and she started crying. I don't think she realizes that she was the older one in the relationship. She should've been in control of/was in control of the s3x and been able to guide her younger partner. This was when she lost feelings by the way.
The stalking was referring to when he wouldn't give her a shirt back and she threatened to get the police/administration involved. Lastly, the "he wouldn't let me leave the relationship" shenanigans was about either her losing feelings halfway through the relationship and choosing to remain silent about it for 2 months or about his sůicide attempt after their breakup. I'm not entirely sure which.
