Daryl Dixon had a gun pointed to his head. Specifically, Rick Grime's gun. More specifically a six-inch barreled Colt Python .357 Magnum revolver. He heard a small click as a bullet was put into the chamber. The steel was cold against his temple, yet he didn't move.
His breath was shaky, but his aim steady. The man's crossbow was pointed directly at T-dog's head. Daryl's lip quivered as he sniffled, once more withholding the urge to cry. He refused to break here.
"I won't hesitate." The officer said, glaring holes into the side of his head. Daryl thought about testing his bluff, he was that torn over his brother, then Sabrina's face flashed in his mind. "I don't care if every walker in the city hears it."
Slowly, after a moment of hesitation the redneck man lowered his crossbow. He turned to face Rick head on, the officer still hadn't lowered his own weapon. Like he was waiting to see if Daryl would chose his mind and point his weapon at T-dog again.
Daryl squinted for a moment, one that was more of a long blink really, to get rid of his tears. He then turned to T-dog, acting as if he hadn't just pointed a weapon at the man.
"You got a do-rag or something?" He asked T-dog, his throat felt so tight. So fucking tight as he pushed the words out. T-dog reached down into one of the pockets on his dark cargo pants. Then he reached his hand out to give Daryl the blue bandana he held in his grip.
The redneck let out a loud sigh, almost like he was encouraging himself before bending down to swat at the flies that surrounded his brothers hand. He couldn't seem to believe the way his day was going. He went through the motions of laying out the blue bandana, making sure the edges were flat. Very much like he would when making Frankie's air mattress up.
"I guess the saw blade was too dull for the handcuffs." Daryl said, gingerly reaching out to grab his brothers, removed, hand by the pinky. The thing was stiff, having been removed from all blood flow. He grimaced as he examined the thing. "Ain't that a bitch."
He set the thing in the middle of the bandana, tucking the corners in to ensure the amputated hand didn't move. Once it was all nice and tucked in, he gestured towards Glenn. The man turned around reluctantly as a groan left his lips. Daryl didn't give a damn though. These people put his brother in this situation, they could deal with the unpleasant repercussions.
"He must have used a tourniquet, maybe his belt." Daryl said, mind shifting into overload as he looked for where his brother might've gone. This day had been getting a hell of a lot more complicated as it went on. All he wanted was to find his brother and get back to Sabrina and Frankie. "Be much more blood if he didn't."
The man trekked forward, following the blood stain along the roof. The sooner he found his brother, the sooner he'd make it back to Sabrina. It was only a matter of time.

"Sab? You okay?" Frankie asked her older sister, watching as the woman wiped her bloody knuckles on one of Daryl's old rags.
"Hm?" Sabrina asked, looking up and tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. "Yeah, I'm okay baby."
Frankie scowled playfully at the woman, she pretended to dislike the pet name. She didn't mind it though, it reminded her of how much her sister had done for her. She was her sister's daughter. Sabrina was the one who raised her.
She saw the way her sister tried to hide her split knuckles by wrapping Daryl's shirt closer to her body. Frankie noticed the way her sister always seemed to look over her shoulder when Daryl was gone. The way she seemed to check over her shoulder at any sound of a vehicle.
"Quit doin' that." Frankie said.
"Doin what?" Sabrina asked, pretending like her sister hadn't just caught her looking over her shoulder once more as Andrea and Amy walked up to the quarry with a large amount of fish.
