It was your anniversary, it's officially been 3 years since you and Wakasa started dating. But unlike your past two anniversaries, he didn't get you anything. At first, you thought he was just going to surprise you with something for breakfast but no. There was nothing. You sat next to him on the couch, he didn't even seem to acknowledge you as he continued to scroll on his phone.
"Waka." You said, hoping to get his attention only for him to hand you a lollipop before walking away. What the hell happened?
You decided to give it a few more tries to see if he would react to anything but nothing worked. It was like he didn't care.
You left the house, deciding to go on a walk to clear you mind when suddenly your phone started ringing, it was Wakasa.
"You can come home now." He said bluntly before hanging up, you sighed heavily, turning back in the direction of your house. When you opened the door, he was standing there with balloons and decorations that covered the room.
He walked up to you, kissing your forehead as he took a small box out of his pocket. "Happy anniversary."
It was a ring with your anniversary date engraved on the band. Inside the box read the words, 'Will you marry me?'
