YNS POVWhen we got down, there were many people trying to take cover in the drop ship. There was a huge storm outside. The storm had a great rage behind it. I went to go sit by Raven as she tried to contact the Ark. Octavia went out, much to my dismay, because Clarke needed some stuff.
"This is Raven Reyes. I'm from Mecha Station. I'm transmitting from the ground. The hundred are alive. Please, you need to get Doctor Abby Griffin. Doctor Abby Griffin. Now." Raven spoke into the radio.
"Hang on Raven, we're trying to boost your signal" Someone said on the other line. It was very difficult to understand. Clarke came hurriedly to stand besides me and Raven. Everyone else crowded around us.
"Raven? Are you there?" A female voice now spoke into the radio.
"Mom? Mom, it's me." Clarke said.
"Clarke?" The voice in the other side responded. I guess it was Clarkes mom.
"Mom, I need your help. One of our people was stabbed by a Grounder." Clarke explained wanting to save Finn.
"Clarke. This is the Chancellor. Are you saying there are survivors on the ground?" Our so called Chancellor asked. I rolled my eyes. Is that really important right now, knowing one of us could die at any given moment.
"Yes, the Earth is survivable. We're not alone." Clarke explained quickly. "Mom, he's dying. The knife is still in his chest." Clarke said frantically.
"Is my son with you?" Jaha asked. Clarkes face submerged in sadness as soon as those words left his mouth.
"I'm so sorry. Wells is- Wells is dead." Clarke said sadly.
There was a long pause on the other side before someone spoke. "I'm going to talk you through it, step by step." Clarkes mom said. "Clarke... just... find-" The line cut. It was very hard to understand what she was trying to say.
"What! Raven what's wrong." Clarke demanded, she sounded angry.
"It's not the radio, it's the storm." Raven defended. We tried to get them back online but failed. Just then Octavia came inside 2 canisters in her hand. I sluggishly made my way to her. Clarke following. She took one of the canisters from Octavia, opening it.
"Great." She said. She lifted it to her nose and smelt it.
"Ugh. Monty's moonshine?" She made a discontent face as soon and the smell hit her nose."Pretty sure no germ could survive it." Octavia shrugged. I nodded in agreement. The rage of the storm intensified every passing moment. I was getting worried since not everyone was inside yet.
"Storm's getting worse. Monroe, close the doors." Clarke demanded.
"But we still have people out there." Monroe defended.
"Monty and Jasper still aren't back yet. Neither is Bellamy." Octavia said. I was glad she took my words into consideration and I knew she still cared deeply for her brother. However I was worried for everyone who was still out in that storm.
"It's okay, they'll find somewhere to ride it out." Clarke said trying to ease our worries. Then we heard a noise from behind us. It was raven. She was holding up a needle to Clarke.
"One stitching needle." She said. Clarke took it and walked over to the patient.
"Great, I still need something to close the wound." Clarke said thinking.
"I think there is some wire on the second level. The ones I used for some tents." I said in realization.
"Let's see it." Clarke said I nodded. I was going to go up but Octavia motioned me away. Her going towards the ladder to get the wire herself.
