[NAME]'s pov
How tiresome. First, the fog of my past clouds my memories. Second, my boss at that goddamn convenience store is a wretched pig-shit. And now, third, an unfamiliar rat—some random stranger—blackmails me into returning to school, all for the sake of some hero academy. Fucking great.
At least the rat—yes, I'll call him that—has provided an apartment for me. A place to stay, along with a meager allowance. His wallet will soon need medical attention, mark my words.
But let's focus on the present. Here I am, navigating the labyrinthine streets of Musutafu, Japan. Why? Because this place is conveniently close to UA and a junior high school where I'll once again endure the drudgery of education.
And behold, I've arrived at this apartment complex—a Danchi, they call it. A cluster of buildings, government-ordained, standing like silent sentinels. Bitch, I walked from the train station—I refuse to squander money on taxis. Though, truth be told, it was a trek of epic proportions. (IT was very fucking far.)
As I ascend the stairs, I spot her—a green-haired lady. She radiates kindness, oblivious to the hole in her grocery bag. A carrot tumbles out, and I, the reluctant hero of the moment, retrieve it and approach her.

"Oi, lady," the h/c haired addressed her, though her tone and expression escaped the older woman's notice. The words seemed sharp, but the calm facade belied any true anger. The younger female continued, her gaze steady: "It seems your bag has a hole since a carrot fell."
"Oh, I'm sorry!" The older woman's eyes widened, mistaking the stranger's demeanor for irritation.
"It's fine...?" The response was measured, but the truth lay deeper. As the older woman accepted the carrot, her gaze shifted to the suitcase held by her new neighbor. A smile bloomed—a genuine one that reached her eyes.
"You must be the new neighbor!" Inko Midoriya beamed. "I saw boxes moving in next to my apartment. I'm Midoriya Inko, but please just call me Inko."
"Sure, I'm [Name], Inko-san," the younger woman replied, maintaining her calm exterior.
"But I should get going so I can start unpacking my things," [Name] announced. Inko nodded, disappearing into her apartment with groceries in hand.
And as [Name] stepped inside her new home, she sighed. 'First day, and I already feel that hell has just begun.'

BEE-
The incessant beeping jolted her awake. "STOP BEEPING, DAMN IT—", she muttered, then checked the time. 6:30. School awaited, and she needed to prepare. A cold shower invigorated her, and she unpacked the school supplies and uniform from the box. Breakfast consumed, teeth brushed, she glanced at the clock: 7:47. 'School starts at 8:30. Should I count my money or... maybe later?'
