Hank awoke the next morning in a scare, his first thought rushing to Connor. Pulling his pyjama pants on without wasting any time he ran into the living room, he'd insisted on Connor staying at his for the night until they could sort something out, yet with androids not needing sleep he was scared it would get too much for him and Connor would run off again. He wished he was just been paranoid, and to his relief he stumbled into the living room in a half asleep state to see the two boys still together in tact.

Sumo laid his head on Connors chest keeping a close eye on him as Connor laid on the floor helplessly wide awake, looping through hanks old albums and records.

"Ah thank god... good boy sumo." Hank let out a relieved sigh plopping himself down on the sofa, letting a moment dwell before he turned his attention to Connor. "How you doing son ? I hope sumos kept you warm, I can't count how many times I've done the same."

Connors fingers ran through the dogs fur with a steel gaze fixed on the ceiling, his voice dry and faint. "Hm yeah... he's kept me good company."

"Good good... I should get dressed- she'll be here any minute and er listen... there's no reason to be ashamed okay? We're gonna get you the help you need." He nodded before rising again, stomping back to his bedroom to get appropriately dressed.

"Help I need..." Connor trailed off softly before sitting up with a sigh, pulling himself to his feet and making his way over to the coffee machine to get Hank a head start. He had no clue what Hank could possibly have in store for him, and old colleague he mentioned... or something.

All of a sudden sumo weaves through his legs, barking at the door before the knock could even travel from the door. That must be them.

"That's her ! Would you mind getting the door Connor? I-I just need a second!" Hank bellowed from the bathroom, definitely mid business.

"Yes lieutenant" Connor let out a soft chuckle before coming over to the door pulling it open. He looked down towards the woman stood in-front of him, something turning and twisting inside his chest at the sight of her face. Her steel blue eyes and fair complexion, he was racking his memory hard, he knew her; they'd met but how and where ? Why couldn't he remember ?
