-soap's Pov-

Shadow Company won the war. There's no other way to say it. We failed. Now shepherd rules with an iron fist.

We were all in a bad mood. There was tension in the room. Price had left after yelling about how it was all bullshit. (Nik had run out to see if he could calm price down)

Laswell looked anxious and was pacing up and down. Gaz was tending to some minor cuts. Alejandro had been injured and was resting on the sofa Rudy next to him.

Ghost was as stoic as ever. He was just watching the news. He shook his head. "And he won fairly" said the news reporter. My blood boiled "THAT'S BULLSHIT! HE COMMENTED WAR CRIMES AND BETRAYED US!" I yelled, everyone looked at me.

The tension in the room seemed to increase. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I paused. "Johnny...we know...they were probably blackmailed into saying that" Ghost whispered calmly.

"But..." I stuttered "it's not fair!" Ghost nodded in agreement. "I know it's not fair but that's just how it is" Ghost said giving my shoulder a squeeze.

All I knew was that I wasn't going to let Shepherd get away with this.

I will bring shepherd and Graves down. Or die trying.
