Skye's Hydra Experience

A few weeks later

Daisy's point of view

It has been a few weeks Since Natasha declared I will not be staying home alone any more until the pregnancy is over which is really frustrating, she's just told me that she's leaving for mission in a week and that I'm going to stay with the Avengers which pisses me of, I am a adult not a child they should be treating me The same as everybody else.

I think it's quite ironic me and Tony are the ones that were bickering and it's Tony's building that she's sending me to With all of the gadgets and the weaponry but I have chosen to keep my mouth shut so that I can try and enjoy this time I'm going to be with him and maybe even call some chaos alongside him which would definitely get on Natasha's nerves, I can't wait! She's going to freak.

"Honey what are you thinking about?"

She asked me to sit on our bed in the avengers tower.

"Nothing, Tasha"

I tell her, making her narrow her eyes in suspicion, one of the many things that gets on my nerves because it means she is analyzing me.

"Oh really like i am going to believe that"

She says scooting closer to me with a playful intimidating glare on her beautiful features.

"So how long are you going to be away?"

I asked her wanting to know and of course to change the subject.

"Probably a week, maybe two if it doesn't go as planned"

She says allowing the change of conversation for now.

"Ok and what are you going to be doing?" I asked.

"Surveillance and possible containment"

She told me in a monotone tone of voice making me realize it's how she copes.

"Ok, is it safe?" I asked.

"If you know what you are doing then yes it is" she says.

"And if you do not know what you are doing?"

I asked her, suddenly worried.

"Then you can get seriously hurt"

She tells me while kissing my cheek.

"Ok, have you gotten seriously hurt before?" I ask.

I don't mean to be but I am seriously worried about her. I mean what if she does not come back and she dies then me and the baby will be alone and i don't want to be alone i want my soulmate here.

"Hey"

Natasha's voice shook me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah" I say.

"What is going on in that head of your baby?"

She asks me with a look of concern in her eyes.

I look at her intently, wanting to tell her my fears and thoughts that are running wild in my head like a bunch of wolves that live in the wild, making me spiral into a unsure state of mind.

"Do you promise to come back?"

I ask her, noticing the look of recognition in her eyes.

"You're scared , aren't you?"

She says in a knowing tone.

"Yes, I am very scared," I say.

A minute later she takes me into her arms and puts me on her lap before whispering in my ear in a soothing manner.

"I am afraid that i can't make any promises but i will always try my best and no matter how far i go i will always try my hardest to return to yours and the baby's side"

She says, making tears come to my eyes.

"Do you promise me?"

I ask with a serious expression while staring into her eyes.

"Yes"

She said looking me in the eye

"I promise"

"Now remember Skye, you are going to stay with the Avengers while I am away considering your adventures when you are alone"

She said, straining the word adventure to let me know she is talking about my trouble making ways.

"Ok, ok i remember" i say

"Yes you will"

She replies with a smile before I lean in to kiss her lovingly.
