Daisy's point of view

It was 9:00 on a Monday morning when Natasha dropped me of at the avengers tower which made me feel like i was going to school which of course i did not like, i tried every way i could think of i could to allow her to let me stay home alone but all it took was one look at my bloated stomach for her to give me the 'as if' eyes and say that it wasn't going to happen, i even tried to persuade her by bringing up sexual favors and all she did was give me a blank look like she was trying to restrain herself from shaking me and saying no.

The one thing I can say though is as much as it annoys me and frustrates me, it also made me feel loved and protected to know that she wanted me to be safe and in an environment that if anything happens then people will be there to help me when needed.

I know she has the best intentions though and that is all that matters me and my beloved soulmates have many years to come and we don't need to spend them bickering and fighting about meaningless stupid and petty discussions so it pleases me greatly that even though i did not get my way we did not make it into a fight but a almost game of who will fold first in a playful manner.

Right now I was sitting at the table surrounded by the Avengers. I sat next to Tony who I had been in the lab with and had been tinkering around with the laptops and different coding sequences that he had made and wanted me to look over.

"So Daisy," says Steve.

"What have you been up to in his lab?" he asks me.

"Just playing around with different programmes, that's all"

I responded to him vaguely.

"So up to no good" he says.

"Christ you're a snitch aren't you"

I say glaring at him in a fake hostile and joking way.

He looks at me and smiles at me in a pathetic attempt to look strong making me having to bite my lip to keep a laugh inside myself so i don't embarrass the poor lad. he leans across the table so he is closer so i lean back in my chair not wanting to smell the suffocating cologne he has on when he speaks.

"Only when they are at risk Hun''

He says making me uncomfortable which he sees and sits back abruptly in his seat knowing he crossed a line.

I rub my hand across my stomach which has become a coping mechanism and I start to move my hand in a clockwise motion across my stomach.

"Says the man who isn't even from this time and whose past we don't know anything about"

I say back to him, making him stand up and leave, making me suspicious at why he would leave because of a fake playful fight before I speak again.

"Sensitive much"

I yell at him, finding it pathetic that he just ran away because he couldn't win an argument, making Stark laugh.

"So Dr banner what have you been up to?"

Asks Stark after he is finished laughing at Steve.

"I am trying to make it able to teach the hulk how to behave better" he tells us.

"Have you thought about the fact that he is basically a new born baby that needs to learn how to pick things up properly before even thinking about behavior?"

I ask him to make his face light up with recognition.

"No one wants even a thought,''

He said, sounding angry with himself.

"Well now it is,"

Says Stark, making Bruce nod his head in agreement.

"Let's go test it and see if we can create an algorithm that can work," Stark says.

"Ok lets go" Says Bruce.

They get up to walk to the elevator before looking back at me.

"Well are you coming?"

Asks Bruce, making me smile excitedly.

"Yeah i would love to"

I tell them to get up and follow them to the lab.
