My Apricity

I saw someone who's differently made,

I saw someone with a smile on their face,

I saw someone who cried day and night,

I saw someone who loved to fight.

I saw many pieces on different lines,

Everyone has something that shines.

That calls to me like a magnetic field,

But when I see you I've got no shield.

You're like my apricity,

I want you for eternity,

I want your warmth to hug me tight,

Even after a thousand fights.

•

I've seen pieces that make me smile,

But looking at you is a treat to the eye.

I hope that I can make you smile,

Cuz' that is what will make me shine.

Even if you shed a tear,

I wanna be there.

Near my dear,

One that I would never leave.

You're like my apricity,

I want you for eternity.

I want your warmth to hug me tight,
