Chapter 20

                                Matthew's POV
"Congratulations! You're 12 weeks pregnant! Have you been feeling sick?"

"Oh no. I've actually been okay. I guess...that's why...I didn't think about being pregnant. I swore I just got my period too."

"Oh? What's this?"

Me and Kailiah looked at each other.

"Is everything okay?"

"Would you like to know what you're having? It's early but I can clearly tell."

"Yes!"

"It's a little girl!"

"It's a girl?! Really?!"

"Yes!"

"Wooo! Let's go!!"

I couldn't stop smiling. I immediately started coming up with names.

"Umm let's see...Grayson?"

"That's cute. I like that. What about...Onix?"

"Yep! That's her name! Grayson Onix Stallone!"

Kailiah chuckled.

"You're so adorable baby."

Kailiah needed help shaving after a while. I offered to help her with that. We got married a month before Kailiah's due date.

I was getting out of the shower when Kailiah walked up to me.

"Baby? We need to go to the hospital. She's coming."

"Okay."

48 hours later, Grayson was born at 2:22 am. I cut her umbilical cord and she was placed in my arms.

"Hey principessa. I'm your daddy."

I sat down next to Kailiah.

"Oh my...look how precious you are. You look just like your daddy. Are you gonna be a daddy's girl?"

"Yes. I will make sure of it!"

Kailiah kissed my cheek then put her head on my shoulder.

"Great job baby. I'm so proud of you."

Kaililah nuzzled up against me then kissed my neck.

"Thank you."

I heard Kaililah yawn after a while. I looked at her and saw her eyes fluttering.

"It's okay baby. Get some rest. You earned it."

I stood up then started holding Grayson with one arm. I started helping Kailiah get comfortable.

"B-be careful with her."

"I will. I've held footballs with one arm. I can carry a baby with one arm too."

I put Grayson down then took my shirt off. I picked her back up then put her on my chest. I started walking around the room while humming.
