~ 31 October 2008~
The night that came crashing down for Voldemort. The night that tarnished, his reputation of being the most dangerous wizard of all time. The night that he was defeated by two babies or that's what they thought. The night two babies survived the killing curse at the cost of Harry's parents of course.
After that night Y/n's parents took Harry in as their own and moved to the suburbs away from the city away from anyone trying to bombard y/n and Harry on how just how they survived the killing curse, after all it is called the killing curse for a reason.

~ the Present ~

For the next 10 years Harry and y/n knew what the wizarding world was,who Voldemort was, why James and lily died, and what Hogwarts was, they also knew about Quidditch and occasionally played though out of the two of them y/n had shown more talent. They knew who they were but the didn't know the full story they knew that there was something that y/n's parents weren't telling them. That's was until Harry 11th birthday a friendly hairy giant called Hagrid came to bring them to Diagon alley only the second time either of them were there to get the school supplies because in that September Y/n and Harry would be attending their first year at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry. To say they were excited would be an understatement they were absolutely euphoric to go to Hogwarts to make friends to find out what House They were in and yes in the end they found all that but the past two years they have attended Hogwarts were nothing, but a surprise. In first year, defeating a teacher, With Voldemort's face on the back of his head trying to take the philosopher stone. In second year defeating, a memory of Voldemort, Tom Riddle, destroying his diary, and killing a basilisk in the chamber of secrets. Y/n and Harry wanted nothing, but a normal year in their third year of Hogwarts but they didn't know what lied ahead for them. Y/n and Harry were both sorted into Gryffindor. Both joining the Quidditch team in the first year. Y/n being a chaser, and Harry a seeker thought the better of them was Y/n with her exceptional skills. They met lots of friends along the way. Ron Weasley a ginger haired boy who was very witty who was sorted into Gryffindor. Hermione granger a bushy haired girl, and a very intelligent girl secretly y/n had the huge crush on the girl little did she know the feelings were very mutual. Hermione was sorted into Gryffindor. McKenna Grace a smart, funny girl who was sorted in Ravenclaw McKenna and y/n were the best of friends. Walker Scobell & Aryan simhadri both of the boys with a very prankster nature. Walker in Gryffindor and Aryan in Hufflepuff. Ariana Greenblatt a very sarcastic nature to her And a best friend to Y/n being sort into Ravenclaw. Xochitl Gomez a very bubbly girl and competitive she was sorted into Gryffindor again one of y/n's best friends. Maliq Johnson a funny, caring boy who was one hell of a quidditch player playing as a beater was sorted in Hufflepuff. Y/n and Harry couldn't wait to see them again as the end of the summer was near. Y/n found herself missing mione more and more Y/n had always be protective of Hermione but this and last year she was feeling more than just friendly feelings towards the bushy haired girl. Y/n had always knew she liked girls. Her parents and friends knew. They all accepted her for who she was. She didn't know if Hermione liked girls but little did she know yes she did and Hermione was finding herself falling for y/n. Tomorrow y/n and Harry were going to spend the last week with their friends in Diagon alley. Y/n and Harry would be going to London via night bus because
y/n's parents were business with the ministry of magic. Both Y/n's parents working in the department of foreign affairs and with killer Sirius Black on the loose they had to drop their normal jobs they had to hunt for black. That night Harry and Y/n and her parents were having a movie night since this would be the last time they would see one another until Christmas.
"What movie should we watch" Y/n's dad enquired while he's head stuck into the tv going through Netflix "How about white chicks" Y/n's mam asks "Yes!" Y/n and Harry replied immediately while
Her dad signs "fine but next time I'm picking" as he searched the movie up on Netflix "who wants popcorn" her mam asked "MEE" both Y/n and Harry said together "Okay I'll be back in a minute"
Eventually Y/n's mam came back with the popcorn. After the movies Y/n and Harry both said goodbye to her parents and went to their separate bed rooms. When Y/n went to her bedroom she put her phone on charge and placed it on her bedside table and went into her closet and picked out a pare of shorts and a t-shirt and put them on and then climbed into her bed and checked her phone and show she had a message from a certain
Girl she couldn't wait to see
