The Art of divination

It was the first day of Hogwarts and Hermione especially was the most excited to be back. She was up at the crack of dawn to get ready of school, "Hermione what are you doing it's 6:00 am" Y/n ask groggily "I'm getting ready Y/n I have so many classes" She said in a matter-of-fact tone "Mione there's four hours until our classes start!" Y/n said sitting up in her bed looking at the bushy haired girl already in her robes. "I know Y/n but I can't go back to sleep so I decided to just get ready, I'm nervous okay?" Hermione said with her arms crossed "Mione there's nothing to be worried about you'll do great, you're the smartest girl I know" Y/n said as she threw her blanket off "Now come here" Y/n said scooting over in the bed.

Hermione walked over to her and placed herself beside Y/n and she threw the blanket back on them "this okay?" Y/n asked "Yeah" Hermione replied Y/n laid
Back down and closed her eyes and felt Mione placed her head in the crook of her neck Y/n felt Hermione get closer when the bodies were brushing off one another Y/n put her arm around Hermione's waist "is that okay?" Y/n and Hermione replied with "better than okay" Y/n Hermione's breath calm down, and she eventually she knew Hermione had drifted off y/n drifted off as well. Both of them slept on till 7:30 when they heard Y/n's alarm going off.
"Y/n come on" Hermione muttered "I'm getting up okay" Y/n replied as she got up and went into the bathroom and got dressed. "

Hurry up Y/n" Xochitl said knocking on the door. "Coming,coming wait for a minute" Y/n said putting her hair up and then opens the door "Mione have you seen my belt anywhere" Y/n asked and Xochitl laughed "What were you up to while was asleep" She said walking into the bathroom "Ah nothing like that Xochitl get your mind out the gutter" Y/n replied "I dunno is it in the draw?" Hermione ask with a smug grin

"I already looked there" Y/n replied
"Have you checked your truck" Hermione ask as Y/n got on the ground and slid her trunk from under the bed and open it and rummaged through it until she found what she was looking for "Ah ha Found it, what would I do without you" Y/n said while closing her trunk and sliding it back under the bed "I dunno" Hermione said smug looking at Y/n put her belt on and walked over to her and placing a kiss on Hermione head.

Y/n walked over to the where they left their robes and took it of the rack and putting it on as she turned around. Xochitl walking out of the bathroom "You guys ready to go to breakfast" she asked "yep" y/n replied and Hermione nodded as she was already dressed from earlier the all got their bags and their wands and headed to the great hall

The friend groups first class of the day was divination. It was their first year of divination which a certain bushy-haired girl wasn't quite fond of the subject "You never know Mione your always the one who says never judge a book by its cover" Y/n said as the group were walking to divination "Y/n's right you know for once" McKenna replied as Y/n scoffed.

"I know but the subject just seems a bunch of rubbish" Hermione said as they started to walk up the round stairs to the class room "I'd give up, she isn't gonna break" Harry said "I think it's a fascinating
Subject" Ariana replied "I agree" Aryan said "bunch of nonsense" Hermione scoffed

"Hey Mione doesn't like a subject I never thought I'd hear Hermione Jean Granger say that in my life" Walker Said as everyone busted out laughing "What a day" maliq said "What have you done to Hermione" Ron said as the the walked into the class "Go away Ronald" Hermione scoffed

as she sat down beside Y/n and McKenna while Xochitl and Ron, Harry and Maliq at the table on the right of them and Aryan, Walker and Ariana on the left. As everyone else starting to arrive. Eventually professor Trelawney arrived and took a set "Welcome my children" She started "In this room, you shall explore the noble art of divination. In this room, you shall discover if you possess the Sight."
