Karl is at home, taking a rest on his bed after spending some time browsing Instagram. His tummy began growling. He stretched and put his phone on the edge of his bed before leaving his room. As he made his way downstairs, he noticed his mother watching the culinary show on the couch. He rolled his eyes and moved to open one of the cabinets above to get a bite to eat.

following his total failure to find what he wants. "Do we have anything to eat today?" he questioned his mother as he closed the cabinet. She said, "Yes, you checked the cabinets and grabbed something to eat," without looking at him.

Karl complains, "But there's nothing to eat."

"Well, is it my problem?" When she eventually turned to face him, she asked.

"You never buy what I want; I always see the food in the cabinet that my sister wants."

"Quick complaining and don't interrupt my show. You're all grown up so buy some I don't care!" She responded before going back to her cooking show.

Karl mumbled in frustration and turned to go back to his room. He quietly closed the door and then crouched down to look under the bed. Pulling out a white box with a lid that kept a large amount of money he had earned from his job and kept it hidden from his family, he told himself, "Welp, if mom can't buy me stuff, I'll do it myself." With haste, he took out forty dollars, shut the cover, and slid it back into place before heading out of the room once more.

He told his mother once he was back on solid ground. "Okay, I'm leaving now."

She answered, "Go, don't interrupt me."

Karl signed and made his way to the exit. He made sure the door was closed completely before leaving. He descended the short steps, onto the pavement, and started on his way.

Karl dropped a bag of chips on a high shelf in the 7/11 store while browsing the snacks on the shelves. He bent down to pick it up but a hand beat him to it. He looked up and saw Sapnap, he rose to his feet fast and responded cheerfully "Sapnap! How have you been lately?" But Sapnap did not respond, only the silence was present.

Karl gave Sapnap a pat on the shoulder and said, "Haha, hilarious dude," not realizing that there was a problem since Sapnap pushed his hand away and turned to leave. Karl hurried over to ask, "Sapnap, what's wrong? Why the face?" He asked, stopping directly in front of him, but received no response this time. Instead, he walked past, pausing once more. "Sapnap! Why aren't you telling me?!" As he felt his breath passing under his nose, Sapnap moved closer to Karl's face. Karl froze as Sapnap's breath went under his nose.

Stay...

Me...

The words that come before the last

"Traitor..."

before leaving the 7/11 store. Karl snapped out of disbelief and asked, "Why did he call him a traitor?" At that moment, his phone began to buzz. He hurriedly found a chair and said, "Hey, what's up?" He asked.

"Dude," a British voice said over the phone. "George? Why? What's happening?"

"You have to watch this. I'll send you the video." George seemed afraid and hung up before Karl could question what was happening, leaving him confused and worried. A notification popped out and he instantly clicked on it, and as soon as the video started to play, his eyes grew wide.

The video showed how someone discovered Sapnap's home, also known as the Mansion, which he and his friends entered, and how it is now widely known! How is this possible? He only invited his friends, nobody else! Plus they were together at that time. He had to find Sapnap to talk things out.

---

The next day Karl ran to school hoping to find Sapnap, he surpassed his friends who immediately saw him and tried to stop him but he didn't have time for friends. His mind was racing in the thought of Sapnap and he didn't know why. He barged into the hallways and started looking for Sapnap amongst the crowd. After a minute of searching, he found Sapnap standing before his open locker.

Karl called out his name while panting for breath and said "I know what you're thinking but hear me out, I swear I didn't hire some dude to record everything." Sapnap didn't respond and just closed his locker and headed to the class. Karl blocked his way "Sapnap pls listen to me!" screaming in frustration. Sapnap took hold of his left arm and began to squeeze it so tightly that Karl began to experience pain in both his arm and his emotions. "Remember what I said the previous week?" With death in his eyes, Sapnap poses this question in a low voice. Karl began to cry and lost the ability to talk, he had no other choice but to nod silently.

 Sapnap leaned closer and responded:

"Good...So..."

Stay...

Away...

From...

Me...

Traitor."

He threw Karl a hard shove and turned away, without even regretting what he had done. Karl wiped his tears and got to his feet carefully. When his friends appeared from behind, Bad remarked, "Hey." He was hesitant at first but eventually apologized.

Karl turned around and said, "It's okay. Pls tell me...Did any of you hire someone to take videos of it?"

They were shocked but everyone denied it. "It's ok...I Have to use the bathroom real quick." He said as he ran away from his friends who knew that he wasn't going to use the bathroom but rather hid.

Running to the bathroom, he shut himself in and sat on the closed toilet because he didn't want anyone to see him crying silently and without letting any sound come out of his mouth. Because of that video, the person he befriended and the feelings he had—well, he now knows—betrayed him. He could no longer look him in the eye or express everything building up inside him.

Who is responsible for it?
