After the incident with Sana, I didn't talk to anyone even to Jihyo. I can't lose my control and just breakdown in front of many people so I shut my mouth and zipped it.
When we got home, Jihyo seemed to notice my behavior and confronted me. I was about to go in my room but she blocked my way.
"Tzuyu what's the matter?" Jihyo asked as she folded her arms over her chest.
I shook my head. I really don't want to talk.
"Tell me, please. You started acting like that after you went to the bathroom. What happened there?" I could hear her concern.
Jihyo wanted to hold me as she lifted her hand towards me but I flinched back.
"You're leaving," I mumbled.
"What??"
"You will leave me. You're going to Japan and continue your career there after you're done with your shoot," I couldn't hide my disappointment.
She will leave me, I shouldn't expect anything from her.
"How did you know that? Who told you?" Her brows snapped together showing that she's mad.
"Why didn't you tell me?" My voiced cracked. "When will you leave?"
Her face softened "Next week, Thursday," she answered.
Gosh, next week? That quick? It's Sunday already, that's not even a week.
And she never told me about it. What's this? She's fooling me around? Giving me false hope? I thought my life will change permanently that she would help me.
I'm so dumb to believe that.
"I'm leaving now," I said.
But Jihyo held my hand and she became edgy "Please no Tzuyu, don't leave."
"Before you dump me, I will just go. Don't worry I will not take anything from you." I tried to pull away but she won't let me. She hugged my arm tightly.
"Do you want me to look like a fool?" She shook her head.
"You're just going to dump me, I know I'm just useless as your P.A.," she shook her head again.
"Oh yeah, I'm just nothing to you. I get it now," she shook her head still no "I thought I'm your friend."
"You're my friend Tzuyu-"
"Then why? Tell me! It's a big deal Jihyo and I'm sorry if I'm over reacting right now. I thought my life will change because you're helping me but it's just temporary. I really want to work hard for it. Well... just leave. I can't do anything with that. Do what you want, I'm leaving now," I'm so had enough as I poured my heart out to her.
This hurt me because all my hopes disappeared in just a blink of an eye.
"You gave me hope but you will just take it back after all," my tears were already streaming down my face.
"Stop please, let me explain," she begged.
I bit my trembling lower lip "What? What's your reason?"
"I didn't tell you yet because I want to surprise you,"
I bitterly smiled "You really surprised me, nah. It shocked the hell out of me. I'm scared that you will leave me and I'm tired Juniel... I'm tired hoping for something better in my life because I always fuck up," I sniffled, it's hard to breathe.
"Tzuyu, listen... I want you to come with me. I'm planning to say this tomorrow after my last shoot but someone ruined it," she finally explained.
Huh? Did I hear it right? "Come with you?"
